I am sure there are several ways to do this, but here's how I would do it...

I would open the picture in Paint (or a similar program?) > Resize (~30%)

Then Upload the newly resized one to your Photo-Sharing site, and Relink.

 

Another simpler option that won't alter the size, but will reduce it's immediate

impact and page-load-time would be to include the picture in a spoiler box:

(just remove the spaces in the brackets to enable a spoiler box, don't bold.)

[ spoiler ] link your picture in here [ /spoiler ]

You can demonstrate forum tags without needing to add spaces and stuff by using code tags around your example, like this:

     Moderators posting memes. You should be ashamed of yourself and do your job. I asked here http://forums.warppo...-to-freyja-pls/ that freyja needs zenny sink. Freyja is a new server but prices are really really high and players cant cope when farming because those items were farmed by bots. Botters bot happy hour boxes we compete they lower prices. Most farming items are being botted.

     Zenny sink posted here http://forums.warppo...zeny-sink-week/ is fine. If you think you will lose income by putting items you sell at warpportal then put other items like the quest from Deviruchi Books they say this books dont drop anymore why remove this when its khara. There are other items like costumes or those from Union. Hard to farm union and costume at freyja is not lower than 30 k zennys. You could also sell experience points and PVP points. There are other items that could be put in zenny sink sale if you rather dont want to put warpportal selling items.

     You post a meme on every post. The time posting memes should have been allotted to people's requests. How would you expect me to buy warpportal points when your service is like that? I was about to invite my friends to play this game. Im not spending a dime until this game gives a good service.
