Again, HE gum is so cheap it's not even funny. I wonder how many use HE gum during a increased drop event. AFAIK using them is kinda pointless then

 

 

 

Same can be said for BMx3's. They are cheap. Why does people need 1.5% experience boost? If GM's are going to reward people with 1.5% experience it only rewards people that are leveling. A boost in the drop rate helps everyone. Including the people that don't level any longer like me lol. 

 

I use HE Gum when I kill a MvP regardless of a drop event. I also always have VIP. I use every advantage they will give me.

haven't you realized yet Enriched is a money sink? I think your chances would be much better using HD ores.

Luckily,I came back in time for the last enriched event and caught up a lot,but I still have a lot more gears I need to +12,but nah,not this week.

 

Maybe next month or something though.

Every week in the maintenance notes there's always a couple of people asking for 2x drops or enriched hammer. I actually don't mind them asking, since it doesn't affect anything and 1. They probably don't know any better and 2. It's not the same people every week, just there's always someone asking. What's annoying is the handful of so called veterans with 5000+ posts who spends more time on the forums than in game, feeling the need to respond every single week with "this game is already ez mode" or sarcasm like "free gods and mvps for all". Maintenance notes would be a lot less congested if you guys could just be quiet or say something useful for once.

I'm pretty sure Enriched has a better rate, though it is still a money sink.

 

I tried using HDs to refine my Glorious up from +8, after I missed Enriched due to irl stoofs, and it went as follows:

 

8 > 7 > 6 > 5 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 > 3 > 4 >~

 

And continued to do so until I ran out of ore. About 400mil of it. It NEVER went above +4 after it dropped to that level.

NOOO trust me you don't want my luck.  I said it was stuck at +3 most of the time because it failed 4>5.  The HD seemed to balance out, + it's cheaper to buy HD's...sure it's more annoying but you get lliterally 3x the amount of HD for the same price of 50 E. Elu...so...meh

I swear the rates are busted somehow, and it wouldn't be surprising.

 

To fail as many times as I did on a Lv4 weapon, if the guessetimated rates we currently use as a reference are anywhere close to accurate, is so improbable that I have roughly the same chance of dying from a sharknado-related injury as I do getting the damn thing to +10.

 

So long story short I've boycotted Renewal for a while. It was my only decent anti-demi and all I really do on Renewal is PvP. My refining is pretty good on Classic though, weirdly. I've gotten several Lv3 and 4 weapons to +7 with good ol' in-game obtainable Ori, to say nothing of Enriched. I'm still too shaken to try refining my primary weapon above +6 though
