im not able to pick up the hunting quests again iven tho its been over 14 hours... timer says 12 hours but i think its actually 24... anybody able to confirm?

I really don't think they are going to just keep those stats.  They are probably going to give it custom stats hence the placeholder.

 

 

Edit: I just saw ctrcr4sh's guide on the anniversary quest.  That is the first image I've seen of the hat.

I can confirm that I also can't pick up the quests again. The Cooldown Timer Quests are not deleted as they should be.

 

Not to be negative, but I don't it is actually 24h, I think they forgot to put in the "check if dool down is over"-routine into the script.

 

Otherwise this Event would have been put in smoothly and all in one swoop and that can't be real ^^

Anniversary event uses insect as mobs, and coincidently anniversary box has a mid headgear that reduces insect damage and increases damage to insects.

Well I'm not doing the anniversary event, but I have to say Havlock is really dangerous and annoying :\ none of the monsters are agressive, but if you walk near Havlock (or in my case, he randomly walks to me while I'm busy killing something on my lowbie), he hits you really hard. I understand it's just part of the event, but was it really necessary to give that monster this ability? I guess it can one shot bots, not that they care or are really hindered though.

24h are over and I still can't retake the quest. My previous suspicion that they messed up the script, forgot to put the Timer Reset in, seem to be right.

 

the perfect 11th Anniversary quest: A grind that is not working properly

 

Next week do a zeny and item reset, the week after that a do 3 day rollback.

 

That way veteran players like me will really feel like it is 2003 ^^

People just want things handed to them. I applaud the GMs for getting a new quest that no one has ever done before.

The responses here remind me why the GMs don't even bothering responding half the time. This community is beyond spoiled.

 

Even if this quest was perfect, people would still complain.
