You still trust them when they make promises? lol

This is barunson they have always screwed with the NA server

on THQ they didn't give us access to the maps that kimart wings and antares necklaces dropped in while the other servers got it
drakos and their repeated attempts to keep it from us
screwing with randomizers and soul craft extractors
delayed/no events while the other servers get them

and this is just a short list I am sure others can come up with more

and now the warpportal staff seem to have abandoned us just as the THQ staff did there has been no messages from staff since the rose extension was taken away despite the fact that staff have still been on the forums as recently as a few minutes ago

I totally agree with the unbind soul bound items in item mall. Also, more character customization options would be awesome so we aren't all running around looking exactly the same... If you are going to add stats to cash items, you should at least have a variety to choose from. We definitely need more hair/face options. Nobody wants to go around looking like carbon copies in an mmo!

Should also make packages of things that are necessary such as insurance scrolls.

Yes UNbinders!! Whats weird is they still haven't fixed the problem in cash shop. There is 2 sleepy faces one which is meant to be the girls version yet is the boy version, there also two boy green-eyed faces and no girl's green eyed face. I brought this up back in october but it was looked over for some reason.

you would lose all of your sets and clothing, weapons, and have to re-do your skills, idun think its a gud idea, besides takes no time at all to lvl now

T.T or atleast make "special cash item"(example: ice queen) be allow to be enchate to max +6 like water n fire.(example: +6 hlt)

The one now or only max of +2, which is NOTHING to water/fire +6 stat bonus.

and something that would make everyone's lives easier:
reinforced ins package...like 5 or 10 so we dont have to buy them..one.by.one.

EDIT: Sorry i forgot the explanation
Recently updated was that we cannot trade IM stuff, so right now receiving reinforced is a pain as well as those sending it 1 by 1. It takes average about 200-500 insurances at least to get from 15-20 for one item? If one were to buy for even more than one item, it would take way too long as well.
