Just quit playing ,, don't you see the idea of the changes and updates is eventually to force me and all of you to buy IM which means spend dollars .... The dev will say , it is do able to refine without plutos and venu, yes but spend like tons of U which will make you broke ... Or you can always buy IM , IM , Im , and after all is all about the dollars sad sad and sad and I only play here reading in the forum instead of playing in the game ... Waiting hopefully the devs wil eventually do theor job creating something new (fun) rather than twitch this ,twitch that from what we have,, and messed up the game even more . I started to thinking that our devs are not capable to invent something new , like the new planets....

Whoa whoa, if yo're not actually playing it, then how could you know if it is or isn't doable. All you have is your assumptions if you haven't actually tried it. I get yelled at enough by these clowns that I have to "experience+do it" before I can comment [even though most of them don't], but not playing the game at all is entirely different matter. Besides, farming U's isn't that hard =='.

upon further testing with neptunrunes too i am not too sure anymore if the runes are bugged, because neptunrunes downgrade too if failed refining on exalted armor. i suspect maybe is the exalted armor that is bugged.

if you read the desciption of the plutorune's or nepturune's its says that it will prevent items from breaking and degrading by 1. Im not to sure at what refine grade that is but at one point if you fail it goes down 2. WIth a pluto or neptu it will only go down one. So no bugs, everything works like intended.

from 10-15 its starts to downgrade by two's so if you use pluto it will only downgrade by 1 base on my experience.

i saw the DG acce 210 and i was like, wtf   grade 9???? how?, btw pammy sis, wich items have grade 9?   *edit: wtf? i just read the table and was like   grade 9??? since wen???*

Grade 9 was never introduced to my knowledge. Several years ago, grade 9 refine runes were accidentally introduced into the game, but they were removed. I am not sure if they are back in again or not. Is the exalted stuff grade 9 perhaps?

nops is grade 8 just the acce 210 is grade 9

ok after i sent ticket, the devs have updated the refine page....

 

 

i was refining exalt pieces no wonder it downgrades....so hard to refine number grade items....

2.5B to refine a single item sounds about right for what I paid for the epic weapon I refined. Probably about five hunded max in lisents and scarabs, and at least 2b in venu, pluto, neptune runes. 2B is a lot for one item, and I couldnt get it past 10 without item mall. I found that a little rough. I can not imagine how many tries and materials it might take to do it without item mall.

If this is normal for refining, I wont be refining anything for a long time.

1st time refining after the update.. 2.1b spent (not even counting the 50 honor binds) = (13) .__. wtf... Before the update, the max zulie I usually spend on refining honor gear to (15) is 1.5b , If im lucky usually around 500m-700m

Wait, they changed item degrading?

I only ever saw him say something about catalyst nerfs in patch notes (he did state it was going to happen, but I can't be bothered to go look for it in the archives).

So the idea lowering the % on catalyst is to sell more IM ( pluto,venu,neptu) ?? ... Seems like it gets worse and worse ... Very disappointed....
