If by both builds you mean DD and DD crit then yes I guess, but at the same time unless you have both characters, you're unlikely to be switching. Personally, aside from being able to use RC, I see no real advantage to DD with DA compared to crits. From what I've seen, with similar gear, DD Crit comes out slightly on top damage wise even now without the coming patches with a gap likely to just widen.

 

But yeah, TG card is great, I will not argue otherwise. Both are viable. 

 

Hell, I'll probably work on getting a TG myself and make another mainhand dagger just so I can switch according to what is better.

 

The only thing I can see as being a problem with TG is the pushback from magnum break when you're not MVPing.

The fire proc isn't a bad thing unless the monster heals from it. Magnum break isn't supposed to endow your weapon entirely, it just adds 10% extra fire damage. That's according to the iRO wiki anyway, not 100% sure how reliable it is. I haven't used magnum break in years.

Well here are some old GH videos which I will be replacing at some point in time. The weapon I'm using the the Root of Corruption isn't the best I could use (still need enriched hammer for that) and the Amdarais kill was pretty bad, but still proof that it can be done rather easily even when messing up.

Yeah I know about bloody lust, still making my SC for that. Full buffs don't happen really often, so it's more cool to see than actually practical.

Well, I can see it being very useful for Bio3-4 MVPs in groups.

Indeed. With dark claw on top of it, the damage output will be quite astonishing.

Oh and I don't see Mild Wind in your buffs. That's another way to improve it further.

Well, i have a DA DD gx, using +9 Scalpel[3xAK] and +7 Icepick[AK], fire endow, AB buffs/odin and +20 str i was dealing up to 40k on Root of Corruption when the Eddga hat procs, For Amdarais i used +12 RWC knife[clean] and 3xAK main gauche[didnt knew if put another AK or minorous] and i was dealling 32k on him when both weapon perfection and eddga activated. I wonder how much dmg it will be when i get my FQL+12 Drake/TG

I'm leveling my DD crit too, only missing his armor yet

And yeah, the damage is pretty awesome. Once they add Dark Claw, we should do a bio3 mvp in record time with frenzy and dark claw. Inb4 5 second LK MVP kill.

Although it is the strongest and should have fastest kill time, I am having trouble believing that it could take down a Bio MVP, Randgris, Ifrit (even with LK/DC). That I am waiting to see =D

Well, unless you have ridiculous gear, I cannot see a GX taking down these MVPs solo right now. I'm pretty damn sure I cannot. However, with frenzy and Dark Claw, it might just become a dps race. Whoever kills the other first wins.

Ifrit is possible afaik, but it requires gear I do not have access to.

It's gonna probably take another year for the our new skills to come out.... So I don't think gx's will be taking down mvps such as ifrit, valk, and etc anytime soon.. But I could be wrong.

It's unlikely to take one year. We're getting 160 on December 10th and Oda told us kRO sent data for 175/60 along with the 160 data.

Speaking of which, once I get home, I'll add the job 60 skills to the guide.
