We are reviewing items that exist on pRO and not here, we have a list of what these are. We have sent a request to kRO to obtain the data for these so we can make a call on if they will be transferred or not. Lots of Costume and regular headgears, The cards they have on their server and we don't are mostly the ones we'll be getting anyway for Hero's Trail II.

I hope all of the costumes (like C Phl RO 10th Anniversary, Simbang Gabi Event rewards, Occasional or Special Event rewards, etc.) are included to be transferred because the costumes are considered memento / souvenir / remembrance items.

I don't think they are importing Guyak Pudding because it is considered imba.

Please have some quantity limit as well for all items to be transferred. If you see 30,000 counts of an item, then it's probably not good. Also check if they scattered 30,000 across multiple accounts.

Server would have to be in the USA (specifically southern California). It's kind of hard to perform maintenance on a server that's an ocean away since you can't be there if something goes wrong.

As a sys admin, I find this comment quite puzzling.

 

Having on-site presence does help, but I can't think of anything you can't do remotely that you can do on-site, save for fixing hardware-related issues such as drive replacement, etc... or am I missing something here?

 

My suggestion - although I know it's far-fetched - is for WarpPortal to open a SEA server. Get a server in Singapore or something. This will benefit not only the pRO players but other players from Asia.

 

On another note: excluding zeny from being migrated won't help. They can just buy 30,000 Mastela Fruits (or any high-value NPC item for that matter) per account then resell with OC later on. Instant zeny. Whoop whoop.

i've already pointed this out.  why stop at mastela fruit?  30k treasure boxes can be oc'd for 5.5b+.

it's likely that there will be pretty strict item limits put in place.  once again, iRO only cares because the GMs have said that transfers between chaos and the new pRO renewal server will be available down the road.  As a result, Chaos players now have a vested interest in the pRO economy.

 

if the pRO renewal server stays separate forever, then it really doesn't matter to us about zeny/item limits.

Lol, di naman sa ganon. There are just reasons that made us leave pRO in the first place... Part of it is management (not the players' fault), and the rest is... well... why that other thread was locked.

Pero last time I played on Valkyrie parang feeling ko super konti nlng yung players nila. 1/3 (or less) ng server population lang yata yung actual players, yung iba puro botted alts lang nila. So feeling ko hindi magiging ganun ka-populated yung new server. unless lumipat yung ibang asian players ng chaos. Kaya malamang talaga na ma-merge din yun sa Renewal server in the future.

 

Basta, goodluck talaga sa mga GM/CM.

I believe no one's saying that all Filipinos are like you. So I don't get it why iRO players get the heat instead of those scumbags that's already ruining the game as we speak (I'm referring to that dick who's selling 100m for 1.2k pesos).
