i have the same problem dude

if your RO2 still installed but doesn't work, you might try this.,

 

go to your RO2 folder then find the Version.dat file

 

 

open it with notepad and the contents are like this

 

 

then try to launch your client.,

 

Should I edit to 194?ine is in 144

it says data read failed,

please reinstall Ro2 patch file doesnt exist

Patch server changed IP recently, maybe your DNS records still not updated and trying to get from old address

 

try to flush your dns cache

if it not help try to reinstall game\disable firewall\use vpn\proxy\...\resintall windows
