I swear I've been refreshing the page for like an hour looking for updates on the issue

Mmh, me too. I can surely understand the frustration. Cause I'm frustrated too. 
But while you (like me and many others I'm sure) were constantly refreshing, the staff and Poppie were constantly busy with this crappy issue. Just try to give them a bit more time.
Better they take a bit more time and at the end all is fine, as.....you know. I think I don't have to write that down.....nope not even thinking about it too much, brings bad luck.
We just need to stay patient, this is the best way we are able to help them right now.
