A rollback is currently happening in DS.

No, a rollback isn't "happening". The thing is that the database isn't saving any information right now.

Please check on the Net what a rollback is.

IMPORTANT:

 

- Nothing you do in Dragon Saga will be saved. So if you relogg, everything you did before will be reset (like you haven't been online at all)

 

- Please close all your shops, items which are sold while the game progress is not saved will be lost forever and the gold you would receive will be too

 

- Please refrain from sending Mails because those won't reach the person they're sent to and the items/gold in it will be lost forever too

 

- Please note that since game progress is not saved at the moment, new characters can not be created / old characters can not be deleted

 

- Please refrain from spamming megaphones just because they are restored after each relogg since the Terms of Service are even now to obey and spamming is against them

 

- Please write a ticket to the Support. The more tickets they get the more its possible that they notice the situation and inform their superiors which can debug the game (even at night they surely have some kind of emergency support team)

AGAIN? dear Zaros. I'm really losing faith in WP. One was understandable, two was ridiculous and is this the third one since the major rollback? I hope the staff put some serious consideration about making a permanent fix for this.

Welp. I must say that I don't really mind if they rollback to just before the error appeared. It's a pain, but it's isn't that terrible.

It really depends on how long the server will be down, once they pull people in on a national holiday to fix it. Sure we aren't losing much, but some players are bound to lose some progress. We're all losing time that we could be spending on the game. Not to mention the "weekend players" I feel bad for them.

The situation is inconvenient for everyone. On one side for the players which lose time and progress and maybe (but hopefully not) their faith in WP since this is the 3rd time happening and on the other side WP itself which wants to provide a good game without any bugs/errors and make some money.

 

So lets just hope the error will be fixed soon since adequate compensation was always provided after such problems

Just watch my first post in this topic. I linked the ticket creation there. But I ask you to not only send your frustrations to them since they surely try their best to fix the error

Well i can't help being frustrated since i just sold an ITEM word 3KG and i almost did not made any proof (which also contributed to my frustration) but thanks to people spamming mega phones, i had save what little evidence i could get... so yeh.... that might not be worth something to you but it does for me.
