With the introduction of dog tag... does the 2h enchant goes back to Sharp4/5 FS enchant? Or if we can hit 100+ Crit we just go for 2x FS Enchant

If you have the Lindy Hop and IDT Combo, I would strongly suggest you get both FS enchant. Even if you have 80 or 90 CRIT, with the IDT combo thats another 50 CRIT total of 130~140 CRIT which would eliminate most MVPS' CRIT shield. I would reset mine when I'm free.

I went to reset mine too. Ended up with FS7 ASPD1 on my first reset, so decided to keep it. Originally i would go for 2x FS enchants with the dog tag.

 

Right now, with zero sharp enchant on lindy, I'm still sitting around almost 160 crit which is ridiculous.

It is Ridiculous. I removed my +9 Crit Shadow Armor. WIll reset mine in a bit

mob scarf is stronger than gambler's seal for crit RK btw. There is already too much crit % in our gears that the 18% atk and 30% crit dmg definitely beats out 42% crit dmg

 

Gambler seal is for those looking to use spear to crit or mace. The added 4 ASPD is really good in combination with the crit% dmg without needing you to have 240 combined str/luk.

So I havent made a swordie class for god knows how long, and watching and seeing the output of damage, when would be the best time to invest in stuff, should i just use eden or something to level and when i get closer start buying stuff.

 

And any good tips on the crit build, looks like fun

Ya, good thinking. Spear crit is opened up when heart card+ gambler seal combo arrives here. Used to be way too hard unless in frenzy because spear has quite a hefty aspd reduction for RK.

Anyway, gambler seal should be better than imperial feather as a crit class, since it also gives +4 ASPD.

 

 

My top choice spear would be the poison forge for DA (but this is really hard to acquire at the current stage),  or just regular gelerdria+ storm stone for 50% atk against boss and another 50% bonus against water/wind (and insect/fish). May need to card with one golem to use Crush strike reliably or Valk randgris card for the luxury version.

 

This would allow you to do IB/HS and crit all in one build while being tanky, but honestly besides the Double attack, it isn't much too different from just using a Robot Arm + shield to be the tanky crit choice in the past.

 

 

here's preview of spear crit on twRO. Right after rune improvement there, all kinds of RK popped out already. Their gears aren't as good as ours btw.

 

 

 

In the video, the guy is basically talking about how his gear choice is much cheaper than other options for the effectiveness, in twRO terms lol (except the spear, it's also rare there).

Don't forget that Gelerdria also bypass size modifier weapon class damage reductions (Drake card effects) when used by Dragon Ride RK

For MVP  I think Gelerdria +  Storm stone combo is a really strong   especially  against    Insect / Fish  +  Wind / Water element  combined  MVPs 

 

but Poison forged spear   can obtain Lv.5 DA   and  have free accessory slot    so you can pick   Temp Ring + PDM     

 

 

 

while other spear need other gears  or Sidewinder card to obtain DA  

 

if using  Snake head =  you sacrifice your  Acute ORC

if using Battle Surcoat  =  RTB proc is bad .....  also as we know that  Spear  is really hard to get 193 ASPD        ASPD FAW or  HBP better    

 

* In my test in previous comment    I used   AD 2-2 ASPD+1 FAW  [Petal]

 

using Sidewinder card  =   sacrifice  1 slot that's worth  for  Aunoe or AK or  Golem (if you want reliable Crush strike)    etc...

Another pure  IB/HS   build    using  Temp Str FS7 BP  + FS Wakwak FAW  + high ATK gears 

 

in Live Server   I'm  Str - Int 120   w/ Seraphim coronet    so I'll try another build in Sakray  

so I try  Str - Agi 120 build  w/ Imperial set

BTW  I think    Str - Agi  120    Imperial set   vs     Str - Int 120  Seraphim  difference is  

 

Str - Agi 120   have better ASPD  (HS / IB / SW  combo  have very fast animation delay    also some flee) 

 

Str - Int 120  have higher ATK    (Imperial set  180 ATK   vs  Seraphim  250 ATK)   , SP pool   and also good for Storm Blast / IB   but very slow ASPD , animation delay 

 

 

 

both build have weakness  ,  cannot hit Agi up MVPs / Mobs   (should have Phreeoni Wing) 

 

low Luk  so for 100% Bypass  against high Def MVPs /  Mobs    only possible  is    PDM (36 Luk) +  +9 MBTA       or   BSG + Abusive Str

 

also low Crit  ,  when use Crush strike    need to use Counter Attack  for  100% crit

 

but for low Def   Abyss / Abusive Str / FDA  are fine.....

 

 

 

BTW somehow  I think if I plan to change the build  in Live  server  

I would change to   Str 120  Agi 100  Luk  120    maybe it's suits for me   

 

tested in Sakray again    well  still possible to reach ASPD 193 with spear
