Its because EDP created a gigantic abyss between any other class tentative of comp on melee hits against gx. RKs can do great damage too, this guide 1st page is the proof, the guy is stronger than majority of the GXes i know, but having to frenzy to achieve that, decreasing your survivability that much, yeah decreasing, tripled hp doesnt counter the fact of 0 def, no flee, and not being able to pot, principaly not being able to pot. What RK has as good point is that if you dont frenzy, your mob control hability is superior to every DD gx, and sometimes better than katar ones, DB is a nevermiss skill, you can hit mobs with horrendous flee that RC can't.

although with lower budget i think crit RK > dd crit GX

with higher budget however, dd crit GX > crit RK all the way

I finally got a pair of bakonawa tattoos but I picked a pendant of chaos from my 1st jitterbug run.

Will it be a good alternative for an Phys RK or should I stick to the bako pair:?:

Bako its better
Unless its the pendant of maelstrom dont switch the bako. The pendant also should only be used for extra protection, its still weaker than bako

Calm down, haha, just a casual conversation out of each and every single off road builds that give new hope and polish up this interesting but old game… Nothing is perfect, each class has a purpose, each situation is different. I shouldnt really pit any class together, but at this very moment, i dont seem to find the time to make a mvp and a woe char, so I want to see how rk holds up in mvp since there isnt enough people to do further research/testing on this. I run into the problem of only able to make one char for weekend et fun and maybe, maybe a small dose of woe /pvp fun. Gx is getting more fun cuz of dd, but giving up ad. Katar mastery cripples a part of the katar damage i think. With that being said, i am trying to see how well does rk do, and can he crushing stike with 1dex, I know it crits, but just curious.

My katar crit sinx(99/70) can reach 26k(22+4) crits, i wonder a proper geared gx

not really, my RK just tanked a Tao few days ago and no one was there so my friend brought her lvl 100 gene to kill it lol

Welp, I guess I have some -_-tier luck than the majority of people  . I learned it the hard way, I saw 2 campers in Dracula, I looked them up cuz im a 99 gene. One is a 151 ranger, the other is a 135 gene, when I see it, I just gave up, lol. I can't even tank dracula. Same apply to Amonra, someone is always there, a sura that can one shot it. It was funny too, I thought I could at least rub off some exp, I casted the bomb skill, numbers never popped as if I was Shift Casting on a player, the sura finished casting before I do.

that sura been there for awhile one shotting amon there used to be another that camped drac and dopple

Yep, I ended up just going around when I am bored. I got doppel and Orc hero once. I was happy, but doppel can one shot me even if I was using round buck from hell.

If there's one like that, ranger will take the crown for himself without giving a fighting chance to other classes. Edp+Frenzy+Unlimit.
