They should have rolled everything back as soon as they got into the office this morning.  That being said, once they failed to do so, they compounded the problem when they came on here and said that a rollback was "highly unlikely". After this people used consumables, MVP cards dropped, and people got legit experience.  Once these things happened a full rollback went out the window.  Hopefully they learn from these mistakes because this was an epic cluster****.  I also hope there is something else coming our way besides a few days of 2x exp because this was bad.

My Scholar was lvl to 97/69 when chaos Server Disconnected because bug from new  Instance....
but Now Back to his Lvl before and if this rollback where'smy BMX3 MagicalStoneGwing and other ?

So I don't have much playtime, I'm only able to do TI once/week and now I lost more than 20+ quests total on a few chars because I turned in during the "event". I wasn't even aware of it at first.

Full Rollback please Isn't that fair for everyone (since they wanted a rollback too)   there were many bugged caused by this, i'm sure just rollingback exp(should have rollback all) isn't a good idea. But i guess it's too late now, caused it was way passed the time already? Well give it a thought anyways~

WP, why don't you make a win-win situation just to roll back to 7 am since it is the error caused by you and opportunity to the players who wake up early (of course not everyone) to commit the game.

 

The expectation gap is too high jumping from 30,000% to 200%.

 

Just imagine compensation of 200% for lose of 30,000% with all the items used, time spent, quest done and items (expensive one) for quest used. Players have to make effort to submit ticket to GM and wait for few days. How about the lead time for waiting response from GM, did you count that in the 200%?

 

I do not comment further for unnecessary further dispute.

Well what made me wonder also is that when the GMs can't even handle 500 accounts on Thors that kept having issues for many months and weeks, what makes them think they can handle the thousand over characters/ accounts that leveled up during that 1 hour time span? :u

What's happen?

If you want ROLLBACK then ROLLBACK everything.

I do Gramp Turn In Quest after the Mass EXP return to normal already.

But when I open my ragnarok this morning, all of my character's level return to as I'm not doing any TI.

 

Can I get my finished quest again? come on. Its hard to do the quest because I'm not an AOE and hard to find party.

This is hilarious, in a game with a playerbase less than 3k active players (counting bots) you alienate a minority who happend to luck out on your mistake that you arguable almost owned up (not testing content on Sakray properly) to for a moment until caving in towards players throwing the equivalent of a infant's tantrum because they missed out.

 

I guess it was to hard to play nice and just up server rates to x3 or something for a week so everyone can be happy, sure some gained some levels but that's the equivalent of them finding money on the ground. For a game heavily reliant of RNG and luck to progress after a certain wall, you sure seem to believe that people being on at the right time is anything but that (kinda like how firesale is).

 

Just do a full rollback ffs. You should have done this from the start if you were going to "probably not" back out on a decision.

hmm not sure they are going to do full rollback now it's been 12 hrs and Oda already put his hammer down for not rolling back for this issue.

I am 90% sure that they won't do rollback.

I don't mind either way since i would lose nothing other than wasted a few hours trying to buy ETC items.

it is very unfortunate, I am sorry about your loss.

I hope they learn their lesson and start hiring people and do a through job testing updates and fixing the current game contents.

So... My EXP gain seem to have doubled and I'm at 1% from 99 now. (I can confirm it, I know how much EXP the Low TI has been giving me.)

 

Note: I only did my couple of TI sessions for today. It just spared me another couple of sessions. You guys can fix it, but I wouldn't like to roll back as those Merit Badges and Energy Crystals aren't easy to get.

 

Also, dammit, I'm finally becoming RK. It would be a huge bummer to have to do the class quest AGAIN.

So how  will you deal with people who have lost their quests over this?

I only lost the exps gain from MvPs, so I'm ok with it, but my friend got his levels rolled back (which is fair) and also lost all of his finished TI quests over 2 months. This is plainly stupid.  Do tell me if we should ticket in about this, as the time spent to finish these quests are not insignificant.
