So how  will you deal with people who have lost their quests over this?

I only lost the exps gain from MvPs, so I'm ok with it, but my friend got his levels rolled back (which is fair) and also lost all of his finished TI quests over 2 months. This is plainly stupid.  Do tell me if we should ticket in about this, as the time spent to finish these quests are not insignificant.

I'm a new player and of course I'm in a high spirit of leveling mode.

 

After this Massive EXP Boost and the Rollback my spirit is gone to zero.

VIP doesn't get you in the front of the queue, but they may give you some special cares if you spend decent $ based on my observations

Drops wasn't affected, only exp. Dunno how many times people have to say that. :s

Crustman is convinced that because two MVP cards dropped on the same day that there must have been something going on with the drop rates.  It's like the 10th time he's posted about it.

You bunch of people should have known that it was a bug happening,causing the server rate went up sky high like that.

Should have done nothing until they fix it but what did you people do instead?Abuse,abuse and abuse.

My god,the mentality of this community never fails to amaze me.

 

I was in a 3 man ET run when this happened.
Sure we got very encouraged to participate in abusing the bug.

We could just sneak off to Bio 4,claim the exp reward and whatnot but we kept on going instead.

The loots we got from there aren't bad either,so it's somewhat a win for us anyway.

 

Should they do full rollback including the loots we got from ET,I totally won't mind here.

Sure that would make me upset but if it's for the better sake then why not?

And they decided to do only level&experience rollback since some people got mvp cards and complain about it here.

Dont you realized how f~ked up that is? They basically expect us to make a decision on how to run this game and dont have any solid opinion about it themselves. Yes, nothing is wrong with taking care of your customers but seriously, will you change your mind every time someone voice their opinions?

I do the TI after they say no rollback.

 

But when I wake up and open my ragnarok, my level is decreased or return to the time where Mass EXP begin to happen.

They might not be able to do a full rollback because some of the players spent cash shop items during that time eg, lucky box for prize medals. and WP team doesn't want to do refund.
