Heaven forbid they balance the classes mechanically instead of through cards.

Increase damage of Sonic WaveDragon Breath by 100%50%.
If compounded to level 4 weapon, add an additional damage by 50%.
If refine rate is 10 or higher, add an additional damage by 200%50%.
True Flamel Emule Card
Increase damage of Cart Cannon Tornado by 100%50%.
If compounded to level 4 weapon, add an additional damage by 50%.
If refine rate is 10 or higher, add an additional damage by 200%50%.
I don't see any rebalance here

thoughts after true cards post balanced:
warlock: meh, bio5 hat buffed CR already. i like the hell inferno idea better
ranger: yay, trapper (even tho cluster bomb is not good)
RK: meh, if they want to buff DB, at least make it on 10% boost instead of 50%. do kRO staffs even play the game?
RG: yeah, good they stop making VP more OP since they have the bio5 hat that raises VP
AB: yay
Mech: yay
Sorc: yay
gene: yay, good they stop making CC more OP since they have the bio5 hat that raise CC
sura: great. RB boost

well just my opinion:
-increasing masq duration 3-5secs would be nice for True Gertie
-increase dmg for cannon spear/exceed break for True Randel (by 20-30%, not straight up 50% lol)
-aimbolt was fine, but just 20-30% increase, or increase all types of trap dmg by 50% for True Cecil
- increase dmg of DF+FE5 by 20-30% for True Flamel
- MoT-effect MDEF bypassing for True Kathryne
not sure about the performers
