Even if the event doesn't start, the patch was added for the Anniversary and the notes should be visible. Or am I expecting too much anymore -.-

Wrong, it'll be a grey suit + White formal type dress. I'm just wondering if they're going to do a 10th anniversary jewelry set to match the old ROSE Anni set. I would seriously farm it as much as possible.

tbh i expected the same but it seems it isnt visable untill it starts :/

Maybe as Angeltje said, they just put it into the game and these days event starts auto, so we just need to wait for the timer when the event is there, and I would guess they work on the attacly server, so it works better etc.

Servers are ONLINE!

 

Thanks for being patient everyone, and sorry about the extra downtime. But it should be worth it, we've gone through several points that were seen to be causing performance issues, and corrected them. We'll keep watching for any other issues, but hopefully we got the major ones today.

 

Expect another server update soon for the anniversary event update!

Not sure what the confusion on this is about. As Leo clearly stated in the post I've quoted, yesterday's "patch notes" are that the green Traditional Chinese set was added.  The maintenance yesterday was normal weekly stuff along with some unforeseen computer issues.

 

There will be another patch/update as well as information on the anniversary celebration coming soon.

The confusion is a 6 hour maint that we routinely have in 2-4 hours. near double the time for something we do every week. That, to me and obviously many others, is a sign that more was done or added. 

Did they address backend stability issues?

Did they add in Event data?

Did they apply bug fixes?

Did they adjust drop tables?

Did they change or update any GUI features?

^ All valid questions when our routine maint goes into double over-time, and yet all we're told was 'we added a green DDS, yay'. Twice the time instills a sense of 'something more in the background'. It's not rocket science.

The patch took longer to implement because there was an issue with one of the computers during the maintenance. It didn't actually affect anything going into the game it just affected the amount of time it took to add the patch.
