GreenSeed Rune Changes
Changes have been made to GreenSeed runes. In an attempt to combat an imbalance in combat, the strength of GreenSeed runes, aside from Wind, have been halved. Additionally, GreenSeed runes are no longer able to be equipped in offhand weapons.

Currently Rolled/Equipped Seeds
If you currently have rolled or equipped GreenSeeds, you will notice that their actual power is half of the rolled level.
This GreenSeed Rune [Power 40] now provides an increase of 20% of damage rather than 40%. This change is automatically applied to all GreenSeed Runes, aside from wind, regardless of if the item is inserted in gear. The new stats will reflect on both seed and gear information windows.
Newly Rolled Seeds
This change applies to all GreenSeed Runes, even if they have not been created yet. For example, if you insert a new GreenSeed Rune Power into a weapon, you will have a chance to roll any power level from 1 to 40. If you roll a Power 1, the effect will be a 0.5% increase. If you roll a new Power 20, the effect will be a 10% increase. The Seed name will remain the same ( IE: GreenSeed Rune [Shock 20]), but the effect will always be halved. As of now, there is no way to obtain a Power 40 that provides a 40% increase in power-- it will be 20% regardless of when the seed was created.
GreenSeed Runes no longer have a slot in Master Level Offhand weapons. This change is implemented as a way of preventing classes that equip two weapons from having an unfair Seed Rune advantage. If you had a GreenSeed equipped in a socket that has been removed, you will receive the Seed Rune in your mailbox.
