Only certain level can enter the market. Just like in reality going in bars, clubs etc, you have to be old enough to get in, 150+ can enter or higher?

I'm starting to think that what happened was that kRO players were complaining about not being able to buy monster drops and such off each other due to the lack of an auction house for them to sell stuff offline. But instead of revamping the old auction house, the developers believed that the best fix was to implement a system where players would buy those items off of NPCs instead (Para Market). Honestly it makes no sense to go through all that trouble to redo the mail system but not do the same for the auction house, which is an equally necessary feature.
No a more likely explanation is that older areas like Mora are no longer desirable places to hunt or level in due to the way 3rd jobs expanding power rapidly and higher exp monsters and stronger items are required to go forward. So spending time in Mora is generally considered a waste of time to a lot of people. And there are better items to farm or get from the kafra shop. As a result players wouldn't be feeding these into the market. Para Market is much the same sort of reaction to a lack of things like mora coins in the market as iRO did with Mary badger offering up KVM badges.

However, given the past record, I don't think i have confidence for it.
Here is some of my thoughts. After read the comments here,
First recognise all the botted item, make it cheaper than bot vendors.
Second, remove all the famous farmed item, which is the main zeny sources for real player like oca, coag spell etc. If not, at least sell it in premium price such as what camp suggested.
Zeny botter or rich player will be easily benefited much more than average player, by controlling the supplies of some item. Market need to regulated actively.
In other words, don't implement it if gm team fail to control the botter parasite and don't even bother to check our market actively.

becoz they can 70%sp consump reduce
usefull for bio4 esspecially for rk which is main hitter
gx and wl 150+ may be for paramarket

Update 4/21: We are requesting feedback from kRO about how the paramarket affected their service and any other services it was implemented on. For the time being the paramarket system is being shelved and will not be implemented with the 15.1 Update. We will be focusing on getting 15.1 tested and implemented and then tackle paramarket and see if we can make it viable for our service some how.

I think paramarket should sell alchemist and geneticist brewing-related items, like fabrics and witch starsands for example, at very competitive prices. The buy price of these items should perhaps be around 130-140% of npc sell price. Not only will this lessen the server's over-reliance on bot supplied items, it will also prove a very effective zeny sink.
Selling items like OCA and coagulated spell at 300% market price would be pointless, as these items are abundant in the market.
