I never left the forums, I will however be focusing only on updates, in game events, and bug fixes and no longer be assisting with forum events/issues, or tickets. Those must be addressed to the appropriate people.

I've not renewed my own VIP myself. Used to have at least 4 clients opened last month at all times, now I have none. Only log in about 5 hours a week on weekends.

 

95% of my friends/guildies left the game already. Solo grinding (zeny) is boring, and inflation of certain mvps are not really helping  motivation (GTB went from 25b to 40b in a span of 3 months)

Many players ex-RO players from Terms of Service is coming back to RO coz Terms of Service sucks now, RO is much better so WP must take advantage of it while bored Terms of Service players are looking for online game

What I find interesting about the graph is that Classic's average online users is rising whilst the ability to find actual other online users is decreasing. (so that's in opposition to renewal) - which always happens when 2~3 individuals return and take place in WoE.

 

So we all know what's really happening.

 

I'd like to see what happens in response to actual contents - socializing content, new balanced things to work towards, fixing the mechanical issues / castle issue in woe or acknowledging said issues, on top of actually fixing up the staff problems.

Noticing popular players like Havenn isn't really playing as of late either, he did so much promotion and live streaming for iRO, competing to get subscribers against other pservers streamers, but never gotten any sort of acknowledgement from the Management EVER.. It's a pity really.

 

Not sure what WP is doing to promote their game, iRO need fresh new players to prolong the player base, and the new contents are just not arriving fast enough.

 

 

Most players seems to be able to play this game continuously for 2-4 years before getting bored, there are some that played longer but that's with higher population and content still coming in, class balancing being worked out and all. As of recent there's not a lot to hold people's interest in this game and it's just stagnating really bad.

 

For myself, regular WOEs isn't fun anymore with unfrozen set and cheating going on, I rather be GOing out. :u

 

And then people getting banned probably contribute to the population decline.

we should have ro1 rebuilt on a new graphics engine keeping 2d sprites and upgrading them to HD. This will allow us to move past the previous engines limitations/flaws. we could add:

 

• many more animations hopefully to the level of blazblue:

 

• add blood
• with new engine comes new software/code 

In the beginning in 2002, the developer’s computers in GRAVITY KR were hacked by a bunch of non-Korea hackers. GRAVITY KR lost everything that had built. The server software, AEGIS was leaked numerous times and was emulated as eAthena, this is why there are countless amounts of RO private servers. The dupes/hacks/exploits all stem from this so a new engine/server software/code alone will fix many problems we currently face.

 

• new mechanics- new engine will allow e.g GM to change/ remove cast on bowling bash or add the ability jump
