Also, let's look at the facts here.

People have been reported for blatantly cheating and botting.
They get banned, then Heimdallr (his actual words) "People need to be rehabilitated, not banned"
The account gets released with 0 penalties or account wipes.

Just defend people who are innocent so that it doesn't continue. Telling you this as someone who's gone through it 5ever! Unless you like being spammed with unactionable reports - how else will people know what is allowed and what isn't if you don't lay down examples hahaha. Just the other week Warnhal made up some new rule to me in PM promising a public announcement, we found that many other guilds were in violation of the new rule. The community harassed me about it with no prompting and Oda allowed it! In retaliation we mentioned a variety of examples that also broke the rule (as shouldn't this be public knowledge if they could get banned but think they're legal?), but those examples were deleted... because only Xellie must know this rule (because it only applies to her!)

 

Just let me know when the rules are known to everyone in the game and not just the pets.

I'm surprised that people care so much about cheating on renewal still. Aside from monitoring my own guild, I stopped caring ages ago after Inu working so hard on logging all the autopotters and nodelayers, yet nothing was done even though there was solid data for proof.

(aside that I care more about the grey area abuse by the GM team on their "rules" than the actual cheating. Most cheaters are bad/mad/sad. But whilst everything is so unclear, people can be banned for stuff they think is clean but isn't. In your case, seeing your stream but not knowing to not do it in WoE. Yes that's their own fault but not everyone has the arcane knowledge that is the rules of Ragnarok Online)

It would be great if he didn't say that people were being arrested for illegally carrying weapons (not entering the merit of how good or bad this kind of laws are - and I think they're bad) because "weapons kill people". It's very different from being arrested under the accusation of murder for simply carrying a weapon.

I didn't say anything about illegally carrying weapons. The assumption here is that carrying weapons is legal, as client edits are legal.

 

Edit: Also, we are discussing the legality or illegality of the matter here, so how does that matter?

Nope camp just confirmed something for me indirectly and I'm lovin' it.

 

tldr; GMs didn't believe my bug report, forced me to disband guild to fix it.

 

I might start doing some of the things that aren't listed on that list instead tho. Ahueheuheuahue
