I know you are not dumb. I know you know exactly who culprits are. Having favoritism is so unprofessional. There are reasons why employees should be able to differentiate between their personal life and work life. Favoritism is also one of the main reasons the game is dying. It is not too late. You'll do the right thing this time correct?

Unfortunately in life you learn that people talk about each other behind other people's back and say mean things. One important part of that is learning not to let things bother you. Haters are going to hate. If you really believe that I show favoritism to such an extreme please look at this contact list and contact others for help. They will know who to approach about me. Until then I am going to keep on moving forward and doing the best I can and the most fair manner I can keeping with the policies and rules that are set for this game.

Favouritism is subjective, but I also believe that person has gotten away with stuff at my expense too. Unfortunately nobody cared to listen / correct it and only pointed me to the people doing the bad things as contacts.

 

There are things the staff can do to tackle those perceptions. Acknowledgment and working with the people who are being targetted with those accusations would help a lot tbh - true or otherwise.
