You can only move hats from promotional events like the note headphones, DS items, or the Heart ribbon hairband.

Allow me to clear up the confusion here. Myzery, you are correct in that we have allowed items to be transferred across servers under special circumstances. Xellie, you are also correct in that I told you we will no longer be doing this. I understand there's confusion, so I got together with Campitor and Warnhal to iron out our policy on cross-server item transfers.

 

You can only move hats from promotional events, contests, etc like the note headphones obtained from OST Sales, Ragnarok DS items, or the Heart ribbon hairband from the Archbishop Model, and Tucan Hat if the code for those items was redeemed within the last month on the same account. The intention of our policy is to let players put the items onto their final resting place, not to constantly bounce items back and forth between servers or to loot other servers of rare items in order to bring to yours. If an item of yours has already been transferred across servers, it will not be transferred again.

 

We understand that there may be rare instances in which an item would have to be moved outside of the circumstances listed above. In such cases, you are free to submit an appeal to have the item moved, and it must be approved by at least two of the following three: GM Team Manager, Ragnarok Community Manager, and Ragnarok Producer (at this time: Warnhal, Astra, Campitor). Please understand that the criteria for having the item moved will be tough, and chances for denial are high unless there is a very good reason.

 

I hope I have made this clear. If there is anything I neglected to address here, please let me know and I'll clear it up best as I can.

Please remember right now there's a limit to what we can add to the headgear system. For now the headgear must meet this criteria:
 

• Already be on Classic.
• The hat must have previously been available for sale.
• The hat cannot be currently available in-game (Either through quest, event, or store sale).

 

The goal with the system is to offer an in-game method for acquiring previously 'for sale' head gears. While it's not impossible that the system will be expanded in the future right now I still have a list of 80 (!) minimum head gears that meet those criteria.
