When equipped with Beelzebub Card,
enables to use Magnus Exorcismus level 10,
increases magical damage against undead and demon race monsters by 30%,
increases magical damage against shadow and undead property monsters by 30%,
if base level is 99 or lower, Matk + 5 and reduces casting time by 2% per refine rate,
if base level is 100 or higher, Matk + 15 and reduces casting time by 7% per refine rate.

pretty damn good on its own as well.

say use a +14 on,

a lv99: 140matk, 14% delay reduction, 28% magic damage on water/shadow/ghost/undead elements, 28% cast time reduction

lv100+: 28 0matk, 14% delay reduction, 28% magic damage on water/shadow/ghost/undead elements, 98% cast time reduction

(actually better swited for ninjas as it does not need any stat investment and they dont benefit from FCT gears. The cast reduction is also very welcome as you can invest more heavily in aspd that way)

I have a feeling that the bonus will be capped at +10 when it arrives, but who knows? Its still a lot of matk and cast time reduction, and the utmost important part is ME lv.10.

Hollow shoes is a quest item from jRO's 16th anniversary event, same as the Full Force THS.

Currently WP doesn't have any plan for those since the OCP we received to-date are ragcan/cashbox items.

the beelz combo is the enabling of ME10 and the "sealed N.Amon" effect. the effects based on lvl are on the shoes itself, as pointed out a few posts above

Need to buff WL again. Like releasing something that's comparable to Fafnir that we can spam skills w/o the need of stringer.But I don't think it's gonna happen soon.

I see, its good insight though. Is this the same reason why GOE has not made its way to iRO yet?

on a side note, why are you still so adamant in getting that hat to iRO when King of Spirit Circlet accomplishes the same mdef pierce for all classes? just the +10 vs +9 refine?

Base level effects of Hollow Shoes requires Beel card too.
Same logic as Nameless Swordsman's Boots, Space Shoes, Stellar Eyepatch and Full Force.

I am not so obsessed in getting that hat, I am fine without it but it is a nice thing to have. Seeing how many ppls asking for OCP gears for their classes, it wont hurt to request it, unless you think only certain ppls have rights to request items. For now, I dont have a strong desire for GOE, just curious why it hasnt arrived 'cause some other gears released later than it have made their ways to iRO, wonder if it is RNG or other reasons.

 

Though technically speaking, GOE has a slot and KOSC doesnt, this opens up many opportunities. It has 25% matk bonus for any magic classes, KSOC doesnt have this. I feel that it is the best in slot for ME WL once the Beezelbub Shoes arrive, it frees up the 2 accessory slots for Valkyrie Drop that we would otherwise have to use MDEF bypass gears.
