All of inside prontera is the NEW prontera (which we barely just got on Renewal) and not the old. A lot of NPCs are missing.

I was wonderign why the church somehow looked odd. Like newly refurbished.

That's not a bug, they stated that  exp for those two mobs according to PRo.

Double checked its what they gave us as the values on TH/pRO. We will double check with them.

It isn't really clear if it's a bug or not, unless I missed a post. This was the last info I read about it.

experience the same impediment.

Sorry, what is the difference between 2nd class and 2nd Job? Isn't the rewards for people who promote to knight/priest/blacksmith/etc?

2nd Class Job is usually shortened to 2nd Class or 2nd Job.

We said that since the first day of the server, drop penalty exists but they dont do anything, they didnt even send a message about that, for bots is the same thing, i reported a blacksmith in toy factory 2 days ago, today hes still running xD and no one does nothing, Bot chase? yea that will be a dream come true, but thats official ragnarok online.. and surprise.. THEY DO NOTHING , sad but true

There's no loot penalty.

And you are totally wrong on that. I saw a GM yesterday @ High Orcs doing some bot hunting.

I don't get it why people can't stop talking -_- and spreading false truths nowadays.
