That's an interesting theory as well, but your "matter of fact" attitude makes me wonder...

It is my understanding, We don't store that kind of data. That is why we have no reoccurring payment system and it must be manually entered every time.

Actually there is an option which is "other payment methods"="xsolla" under credit/debit where you have the choice to save details to make future purchases much easier.

I do wish there was a server that.

 

Has a copy of my Odin accounts with no items or gear.(Character levels and skills updated each maintenance from Odin)

(Gear obtained on new server will stay there and not be transferred.)

 

Each maintenance, items gained on new server are moved to a special storage on Odin that must be cleaned before the next maintenance.

(Maybe have a special storage that items need to be in or they do not get transferred.)

 

That way when there is maintenance, I can still play and feel that I have gained progress for my Odin accounts.

That would be Xsolla saving it I think. I haven't experimented with all the payment options in a long time.

Compensate us please. we are paying hard earned money to enjoy the game. most of my friends have VIP stats and consume KPs. you have to compensate us for this inconvenience. 

 

and please dont tell us to make a ticket, it would take days for us to get a reply, and days to reply to each other.

how about change the backend code to lock the variable exchange between the login and account servers, or make sure your database server binds transmissions  and aren't using badly implemented peek methods

these are the the only excusable things that could happen if you are using crappy coders, i bet it's something more rediculous though lol

i don't see why they can't ip change checks on the account server, disconnect and emails asking for access, that would stop it temporarily until the problem is resolved

still worth a try. also possible to inject some code-snippets to sniff the wanted data. DDos is most likely always to get foreign data - credit card data in the best case ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
