chill more i guess guys i got random ban and made new account aswell both made ticket and havent heard from them been 3 days now.. its sad that i cant play and make a new account and its the weekend but patient is the key and i hope it will play its part thx in advance to who ever reply to my ticket :D

Way passed the insert time and still nothing, no updates, nothing to let your potential customers know. The game itself  is over a decade old. You would think that they had gotten things figured out by now. Embarrassing.

Look, gm, I was banned incorrectly too, I've already sent you thousands of tickets. The own taaf suport said that I was banned incorrectly they apologize they sent me to fax a certain number to disband me, I have sent but so far nothing. Could you take a look at my case too? please help me


Hello I spent over 500 dollars on my account and I was banned incorrectly the tickets of suport still did not help me anything, the only thing they knew to do was to apologize for the wrong ban and nothing else please gm check my case

Wanted to try this game just out of curiosity but all i see is a error to connect message that leads to a post asking to send a ticket to be able to login... "The fish that bites his own tail" 10/10

I have the same problem, since I just create my account. And I understand the problem with the DDoS attacks. I just think that should have a differentiation between the new accounts and those that have the accounts banned.

I got an answer over night, they said to try again in 72 hours. I thought the point off sending a ticket was for during the weekend, but perhaps they have something in the works.

How do i know if my account has been added? is there a different message if im just failing to connect? i noticed if i put a false account and password in i get a different message.

I am still having the same problem. my friend just instantly logged in, but It still just says please wait... then says disconnected from server. if I try to type my info on my own it just says failed to connect.

Still having same issue kindly fix my new added accounts from 8/10/12 I want to start to play this server.

Error message "Reject from Server. Login to Warp Portal and confirm-update your Password. (30)" already done this many times
