Mass insert complete all users who registered as of 5:01PM today should be good to go.

Darn, I just submitted my ticket too.

Will there be another user list insert again later, or will I have to be patient until tomorrow?

If you registered before hand you should be good to go. The insert I did at 5:01 was all registered accounts not just ticketed ones. I will be meeting with the studio late into the night in an effort to automate this process.

Unfortunately, I just recently registered. I don't mind waiting though.

I already made an account in warpportal, I am still trying to make an account in Ragnarok Re - Start but it seems i cant add it in my Game accounts.

Whenever i add Ragnarok Re - Start it always shows that "You are not allowed to view this content"

Are you from Brazil or the Philippines? Both of those areas are blocked for contractual reasons.

This is such a shame. Well, I can see why they did it. Only a shame because I was so excited to join a brand new server with the classics only available. Even if it is temporary. 

 

Thank you all for covering this and showing me the best way to title and submit the tickets. I truly appreciate all the help.

Hi guys, I sent a ticket yesterday explaining that my account created on 07/03/2017 is prevented/block/Ban from entering the server, "always the same message: reject from server"

Warpportal sent me an answer where they said that my account would be released in 8 hours, there is one day  now and nothing, my other account I can log in and play but all my items are in the account that I can not enter and this discourages me play this game that i love =(

This is too bad! I decided to check this new server out and I'm locked out :p_sad:

Already submitted a ticket, but I guess I'll have to wait until new accounts are added.

Has the mass insert occurred already today? I'm getting a new error message: Rejected from Server. Login to WarpPortal and confirm-update your Password(30). Does this mean my account is legit now and the login server is down? Or just the login server is down? :[

Yes i have the same problem, but looks like the web is having some problems, i can't change my avatar and my name is a long number when it was "Elvarion"  :heh:

 

I hope we can play fast y.y
