Adds a X% chance of casting Level 4 Fire Bolt or Level 4 Fire Wall on the target when performing a physical attack, where the level of the skill is equal to and where the chance to cast is increased by 1% per upgrade level of the item up to a maximum upgrade level of 10.
Just need a translation or rephrasing on this one.. Hopefully my hindsight sorc will be able to do something with this item in bio5

All of MVP cards have the same following options, their options only work on user who is the same job with them.
If base level is 175, all stat + 10.
If refine rate is 10 or higher, all stat + 10.
compounded on garment
exclusive option
Celia : MaxHP + 10%, Matk + 10%.
Chen : MaxHP +10%, ATK +10%.
Alphoccio : MaxHP +15%, MaxSP +10%.
Eremes : Perfect Dodge +10, ATK +15%.
Margaretta : MaxHP +10%, Heal Effectiveness + 15%.
Cecil : CRI +20, long ranged physical damage + 15%.
Howard : Hit +20, ATK +15%.
Kathryne : MDEF +80, MATK +15%.
Seyren : ASPD +2, ATK +15%.
Randel : DEF +350, ATK +10%.
Flamel : Flee +20, ATK +15%.
Gertie : ATK +5%, MATK +15%.

For the rest : When dealing physical damage, has 3% chance to transfom into (biolab 5F mobs) for 6 seconds. While in mobs from, Atk + 100.
Does the normal mob cards effect stack? Like if i put 2 cards on a +10 level 4 weapon ill get 120% xxx damge increase?
