This game -_-ing sucks man, if you cant manage a server like this then why the -_- would you even start it? The only thing you guys have managed to do is cause distress to thousands of people along with wasting their time and money. How do you guys feel about that as a company? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Yet all you tell us is that we get an extended experience event to go -_- ourselves over again with. You guys truly are friends. Do everyone a favor and just close this server down.

Oh no I finally started selling for the first time with my merchant too. Hopefully, those sales were done before the rollback time. Granted they are beginner sale items, but that was kind of a milestone for my character. Any updates on when the server should be back up? Gotta get back to work, so I will check back here as I am able. Hoping for the best!

IT team reports that we have a good save point for 2:30 PM so were restoring to that. The servers are currently being tested and were getting up some automated systems to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

Thank you for the update. The question we should be asking though is why weren't these systems in place previously? RO has a history of having server errors like this, shouldn't all of the systems possible to have been in place already been in place?

 

Also, will I be able to get my Thanatos Card back? It dropped about two minutes before server went down. I swear.
