Extend XP event period, u guys are the worst support team on all Earth and a joke, I'm really mad at this. 

 

Try Nexon NA support back in 2010~2012. It took literally 11 months for my support ticket to be answered. There was even talkings of people having support tickets for up to 2 years. Also, there was a five day Rollback in Mabinogi. Five whole days.

(I actually got the good end of the stick as I only logged in for a total of 3 minutes within those five days, and yet was still eligible for compensation, but my friend in the game quit over it).

 

 

Also, Steam's support team is the worst. Period. Even worse than Nexon NA's.

IRO RESTART Emergency Maintenance

August 16th 3:45PM PDT

 

We are currently having emergency maintenance to roll back the server to 1:00PM 2:30PM PDT. There was an issue where character data was not saving. 

 

Kafra purchases made during this time will also be refunded. 

 

 

 

 

Server Status: OPEN
 

 

IT team reports that we have a good save point for 2:30 PM so were restoring to that. The servers are currently being tested and were getting up some automated systems to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

 

 

 

Well that sucks... guess thats why people ksing mobs in some maps. LOL probably trying to regain all the lost exp... lost items / loots though... -_-...

But were able to login a few moments after the server reopened, was so peaceful...

Did you just get disconnected and try to relog and it says banned due to illegal program or some sh**?

 

I was literally VENDING, walked away to get food, came back and I was disconnected.  Tries to log back in and it gives me this error.  WTF?

Camp or Cinnamon, can either of you look at my account log and see I had a merchant in Prontera vending when I was kicked off RO and "banned for illegal program"

It's only 30mins, it's the anti-bot being mad your client lagged out and couldn't respond.

That's the dumbest thing ever, though; they need to put a new message.  Claiming in the message someone is using an illegal program is crazy, then banning.

Yeah I was freaked out at first until I realized and sadly this is where the anti-bot will suck if the DDOS keeps going tonight, hopefully it's only this one spike

So what I think a legitimate question is:  If we log back in, DDoS continues, we get banned again by anti-bot, do we get 1 hour?  Then 2 hours?  Then perma ban for lagging out during DDoS?

Yeah, able to log back in now.  Again, they need to change that message, that's some scary -_- to have it say banned for illegal programs with the gear/zeny on your account you've worked for.

i missed the rollback because i was sleeping. so this drama feels so unreal. could i get another rollback so i can better feel all the whine? i complain about missing abys card then, so maybe i can feel the drama of some posts better. for now it seems just ridicoulous for me. you get 1 week extended xp...AGAIN. I hate these xp events btw. because people get 99 too fast and lose interest.... so you save time since weeks. get your 99er nearly for free. but you are still complaining? you have woe supply and lvlup 20m//hr while normal levelspeed in classic was 750k-1,2m and stil whine about focking 2-3 hours? lel. it was a.m.? get a job guys...then buy another mmo and feel 4-5 rollbacks everyday, like in teso. there are really important issues which have to been fixed. login, bots,etc. but a technical problem can happen and is no world desaster. this gets fixed and wont happen again. they cant change it. so what do you whine for? nothing, exactly.... you complain about wasting time but have no problem to waste more time in forums. strange :X

This happened before and probably has been abused before, not two hours but DAYS ago.


Please look at the logs.

Hey boy i was the first one on server who reported the issue. Dont care alot about this prpblem. It was around 10 minutes before server down . And some info didnt got saved on the server. Thats why nothings happend. I mdowni tested just woth 1 item and it always roll backed because data didnt run into servdr at that time every duped item was gone. Also i didnt think it was days before because anyone can become angry if u log off and when come back all the exp items and things u do and get was gone.
