tkns so I wasted 13m buying HD elunium with money I almost doesnt have trying to get my HBP to +9 u.u

 

HD is usually a bad idea when there's no event =(
unless you get lucky, the chance to +9 is very low.

Did you read wakwak manteau description?
If equiped with wakwak card the card gives no effect

You cant put card on Wakwak Mant. Sad it says slotted and only give 3 attack per 10 str at +7

Make a copy of your current game folder elsewhere as a safety precaution just in case this doesn't work.

 

Get the following patch.inf and replace it with the one in your game folder. Make sure all clients are closed. Run the patcher again. When it is done, relog and see if you still have issues. If you still do, repeat the above step but this time, get the patch files from the ftp server. Scroll all the way and get the files for 21st September and place them in your game folder. Run the patcher again. This will most likely fix the issue.

Can you please follow my suggestion above and see if you still have the issue? Chances are your client didn't download the new Ragexe properly. Do make sure to back up your current game folder beforehand as a precaution. Also do make sure Ragexe and Ragnarok.exe are set to run as admin by default from the properties menu. I'd suggest getting the patch files manually in your case and copying them over to the game folder before forcing the re-patch.

I'm getting massive lag spikes every time i open a deal between two of my accounts.

 

Main account can send deal request and have it show up on alt almost instantly. Alt account's deal requests are delayed 60+ seconds before they show up on main account client. Similar delays apply to accepting the deal requests.

Really strange, it was perfeclt fine before this patch. I doubt even clean install would help as everything went normal before

By errors do you mean just the Ragexe or sprite errors? In case of sprite errors it would be the result of a patch file not being downloaded or unpacked successfully but the manual patch method will most likely prevent that. The only other thing that comes to mind is the AV flagging it so you will have to white-list the files Ragexe and Ragnarok.exe then check if it still causes issues.
