Hello!
The report provided is lacking number of crucial data, no worries.
Is this happening to all of your characters? If the issue is only happening to a single character on that account ID, then request character release through posting in this topic.
If all characters are affected and if the issue started happening this week then please follow the suggested solution below.
- Restart your device.
- Clear Internet Explorer cache, if you don't know how please check Appendix #2 in this post.
- Make sure Ragnarok.exe and Ragexe.exe are set to run as an admin all the time, if using dedicated antimalware/antivirus programs make sure the same are white-listed from the active scans.
- Download patch.inf from this link, make sure to read the instructions carefully.
If the proposed solution above did not help then I would advise doing a complete reinstall using the steps posted here.
