Is it down?

Bought WPE earlier and didn't get it credited on my account after a successful payment process validation with PayEasy.

Already filed a ticket and pmd GM Xealot. Still awaiting their reply atm. Though, I filed it under a different category because there's no option specific for just payments.

Now, I'm thinking of buying again and afraid of the bought WPE being sucked into oblivion again.

I had trouble accessing it on Chrome. But Firefox worked for some reason. Was able to get VIP + KP option.

FCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK!!! IT DID IT AGAIN! IT WON'T CREDIT MY BOUGHT WPE!!!  :p_omg:

 

Don't buy WPE using PayEasy-Dragonpay. It's broken atm..

it took me a whole day waiting for the process to confirm... maybe you should wait too since once paid in the provider, dragonpay will verify the payment then it would reflect in the WPE page :)

I am also encountering the same issue. Already paid but didn't get my WPE

I have had my confirmation always in less than 5minutes. Likewise in my recent purchases.

me too paid 10 hours ago and send ticket until now did not get anything in my account problem not solve yet..... sigh................

Users having issues with their purchased points, please send in a ticket to the Payment Support department, make sure to list the payment method used.

ilovemuffin, Xealot may not be able to assist with payment related concerns, if you sent the ticket to the wrong department it will take a bit longer to address.

Where is that? There is no option for Payment support department on ticket submission.

On the send a ticket page, from the drop-down menu, choose Payment Support. It is not under any game directory.

Woke up early at dawn to see any progress as it is friday afternoon in server time, yet still no reply on my ticket. Such quick reply on payment support you say...

Hi , just wish to know is that payment issue been fixed ? Or still happen to be not getting any WP E after done purchase ? Planning to do a purchase but just worry the issue is still there

That happened to me too on other method of paymment and in the payment system(not warppportal) already said the WP already receive the payment is some sort of error in their end. As well the buy dont even show in history of wp.

Sad vip ended yesterday, now losing my little time to play without it, its being hard to stay motived to play ragnarok with all of those problems :(

Ticket sended yesterday nothing said, and now only monday really? :(
