I just got Celine Brooch from ocp remix 30 minutes before the DC happened.

Why are you deleting posts about people loosing their characters? What are you so afraid of? You're censoring stuff that shouldn't even be censored. and you wonder why people are taking a disliking to you.

 

Not a single post was deleted or removed.

I handled all of the reported issues in regarding Chaos, the reports were merged and moved to technical section here.

Latest ones were also redirected, this is to prevent redundancy.

The database was periodically decided not to save character data. Due to this certain things were happening such as duplication and mini rollbacks. Were fixing the issue but we need to restore it to a point where it was not doing that.

 

This happens way too often. How about you know, find a fix for this permanently? Thanks for telling us why it's down, but this is unacceptable.

Not usually no. Unfortunately we've had a rough month so it has happened twice. But if this fix works this specific situation should not happen again.

More often than you'd expect. It's really disappointing how the frequency of crashes increased over the years.

after the roll back it back to normal then it fail when I try to slot it.

Chill Cinnamon , i do understand that there is a need to be move same question/topic into same post , is more easier for other player that facing same issue to be monitor and discuss on the same issue ,

But any how , a rollback to a online live game is really make player lose confidential to the management and company , and it happen twice is very close gap time
