Hello, well my game is crashing without errors after every min... Is there a solution for me? 

 

Windows-10 64bit

Windows Defender - Off

 

Tried every graphic settings

It would be difficult to assist if there are no errors to look at. At what point the client crash?

Good morning, here the game is closing every time I change a map... The error is "ragexe.exe has stopped working"

It's random, sometimes when another player appears on the screen, sometimes when a player logs on, sometimes when some skill is used ... There is no specific time to close.

Probably your game client did not download the fix file correctly.

Did you close all of your RO game clients then launch Ragnarok.exe as an admin?

I closed all my clients, saw the new patch come through the patcher and ran as admin but still had the same issue. I then uninstalled ragnarok and reinstalled, ran as admin, and still this issue is there.

I'm currently facing the same issue, even after downloading the update.

Same issue, the game crashes a couple of seconds after I launch it, no error message (and regardless of the screen, login, char or map).

So, i was getting random crashes just like you guys. The game would instantly close with no error messages.

 

I removed the dbghelp.dll (even though my GPU is a GeForce GTX 1060) and now my game gives me this gravity error

 

 

I dont know if this was supposed to happen but i can just ignore this gravity error and just keep playing, before i couldn't even play.

This crash supposedly is due to a bug with public text, seeing other users chatter may cause it. The error was corrected last night by a patch file.

If you haven't patched your client then please do so.

Already done this several times, uninstalling, installing and patching, also installing it in a different directory.

I did patched my client,and was still getting this error.

The thing is, it would instantly close my game and after removing the dll it pops the gravity error.

No ideia if those are related but i can just keep playing normaly with the error screen minimized.

I don't believe so, I only saw it download the first time. The bar at the bottom says "Patch process completed." whenever I open the launcher.

Please do not remove the game DLLs, it may add to the issue or make it worse If you want to experiment, I'd suggest renaming the file instead of deleting.

I didn't actually removed, i renamed the dll and my patcher is up to date(not donwloading any files).

 

I was having those crashes issues, tried to change setup configs, re-downloaded it, re-installed multiple times.

 

The only thing the made it "playable" for me was renaming the dbghelp.dll.

Hm.

You don't have the updated patcher.

 

Are you using the latest game client? If you are using the Beta client it will not work. If you still have the old client completely uninstall it.

Also make sure to launch Ragnarok.exe as an admin.

I uninstall the game and delete all related folders with the game. After that, I install again and the patcher works fine!

 

Now the DC bug was solved
