Describe the issue:

I bought a lot of White potions and they were send to Rodex, but i bought so many that it seems My char cant get them on the pouch because of weight maybe. The game displays "Please clear the inventory" message but i have nothing in inventory and still cant get the item.

Probably your character doesn't have sufficient amount of weight to hold the mailed potions. How many have you mailed and do you have enlarged weight on the character?

Its a merchie with enlarge weight limit, but he cant get the slims even when im almost on no weight.

There are 3k slims on rodex and it seems that he cant take them even naked. Plz help.

You can only attach 2000 per mail, the weight limit on Rodex is 4000/4000 and a single condensed white potion weights 2. So I am not sure how attaching 3000 is possible. If that what happened to you then please contact support for assistance. Considering the known limit, the receiver must have 4000 weight free to be able to get the attachment, 6000 as mentioned by Boyeteers if somehow you have 3000 pending.

Yes it's fixed now  Althought the deadzones were not properly updated with the move, you can crowd near the board while the deadzones are all in a empty area.

This should be fixed,

• Fei Kanavian Card #27263 effect does not work, this was fixed prior the hiatus, now it is bugged again.

Though I have no means to test it myself.

If thats the case, then theres is a rodex bug, because the mail has 3000 pots and i cant retrieve them, maybe because of a coding issue from what you mentioned.

I posted a ticket but they told me to “free up weigiht from th merch”, so obvs they didnt looked at the problem.

Ill have to send another message with the info you gave me.

Type of Issue (choose): Effect.
Describe the issue: Tried the set bonus with my SL and Sage, it was working fine last patch.

 

Edit: apparently the set is working, it just doesn't show the matk % increase, same happens with skull cap.

did camp add the cards already in the jitterbug monster?  im running old jitterbug instance to check since it is playable and seems like there is result in shopping board "no vend available" when searching for the cards.

Finally it dropped Krieg. Most probably the rate is reduced from 1% to 0.50%.
Now I have another issue where my client automatically freezes then closes when teleporting. After trying to login, my char died from mobs and returned to last save point.

Is nightmare baphomet in the game? I know he spawned in the nightmare glast heim (gl_cas02_)

I remember seeing him there in the old euro server, but I can't find him in this server and looked multiple days.

No tombstone either, also navigation does not show him as spawning in that map.

Name of NPC with issue: "Shopping Board"

Type of Issue: function.
Describe the issue: I've tried to buy a "+8 Red Baby Dragon Hat [1]" from a store that I found on the "Shopping Board" NPC for the price of one billion zeny. The merchant's zeny capacity couldn't hold the money, so the transaction was cancelled, but still the zeny was taken from my character and I didn't got the item.
 

I'm trying to send a ticket, but the authentication e-mail to register from the warp portal support page is not reaching me. I've tried different e-mail accounts, looked in the spam and trash folders and the search engine.
