Name of NPC with issue: "Shopping Board"
Location: prontera 182;214
Type of Issue: function.
Describe the issue: I've tried to buy a "+8 Red Baby Dragon Hat [1]" from a store that I found on the "Shopping Board" NPC for the price of one billion zeny. The merchant's zeny capacity couldn't hold the money, so the transaction was cancelled, but still the zeny was taken from my character and I didn't got the item.
 

I'm trying to send a ticket, but the authentication e-mail to register from the warp portal support page is not reaching me. I've tried different e-mail accounts, looked in the spam and trash folders and the search engine.

 

Check your in-game Rodex incase the Zeny was sent there. If nothing then this is a critical bug.

As for sending a ticket, the verification email may take a couple of minutes so please be patient, also make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.

If you still have issues sending a ticket let us know.

Type of Issue: EXP issue
Describe the issue: The exp when using battle manual x3 seems not right or it's just that renewal exp is just how it was calculated? My screenshot on top is the exp w/o Battle Manual X3 and the bottom is w/ Battle Manual X3

Weird. My characters recognize the item-based VIP in Town Taxi, at least the 10-Day ones. Not sure for 5-Days and 2-Days.

my OG vip ran out so I popped a 2-day vip just to get by, I guess they forgot to flag everything for those watered down VIPs

Noticed this a long time ago during their introduction but I might have forgotten to report them.
Checked in-game just now and this is how they still are.

It's probably not text-based that they can simply edit, but still something the in-house designer can fix on their own if they can locate the right image files.

This is actually accurate. BMX3 is additive, not mutiplicative. In this case, where there is a 50% EXP Boost, the calculations are the following: Default, 100%, EXP Bonus event = +50%, VIP = +50%, now that's a total of 200%. Also using BMX3 will give not REALLY x3 but +200% (hence the increased is doubled based on the screenshot).

at least for me the shadow chaser job change appears to be broken at the stage where you have to talk to Haled i have tried as many ways as i can think of to spell "i know what you did last summer!" but the quest won't proceed "Edit" it finally worked i kept forgetting to capitalize the "I" sorry for being dumb

• Terra Gloria Daily Quests appear as null on the quest log window.

It seems you only put the dailies in the "latest reports". I reported that all quests (from Terra Gloria) have those nulls, including main and side quests.

There's "DEX - 1 for every 10 base DEX" in the item description, in which instead of adding, it decreases DEX instead for every upgrade.

 

2 - [30 / 10] = 2 - 3 = -1 DEX for every upgrade, which is in this case, you will have -12 DEX.
