Formulas are not provided through official means I believe. Usually dedicated users attempt to reverse engineer game mechanics to understand how they work formula wise. If you can't find the formula then maybe there isn't one yet.

hello friend backstab gives 30 hit and then its + your level, so if your level is 99 you will not need dex to hit anything, hope this helps

i have been doing a lot of testing and making videos about the skill changes, we really need NPCs that sell cards and gear for really testing builds out, as i have said before the 300% rate you have on the server is just 300% of normal server rate and is not a lot to work with, if you can bump it up to 1000% that would be kinda ok, also i have ran into a lot of people that did not know there was a NPC for giving out exp/zeny/job changes one of the guys leveled two chars from 1 to 99 he was making his 3rd char when i saw him in the training grounds killing mobs, i showed him where the npc was and he was like wow i wish warpportal had pointed this out it would have saved me days of leveling......i felt bad for the poor guy. anyways please we need gear/card npcs or at least higher drop rates to test with please and thank you.

Well, playing with Backstab and upping my Hit until I could 100% hit a mob knowing what I needed for that mob. It ended up being that it gives 30 hit. So aim to have your hit 30 less than what you need based on what you are doing. Generally you won't need much if any Dex, but since we have very high renewal monsters like Raydrics, even if you were 99, you won't reach that hit marker without lots of dex and/or hit weapons.
I would also like to mention again.
We really need to get buffs with timers other than Bless/Agi on the side. With no way of telling when Bard and Dancer songs end now, besides lack of stats, it is difficult to keep track of.
So please look into it, would really appreciate it.

How about “Throw Spirit Spheres” seems new damage but the cast time is so long 6 seconds. And no change to this after rebalance?
The cast time is much better with a good balance of Int and Dex.

So... Classical Pluck hits the duet partner. I can understand it affected all players as it normally did, but the duet partner is key and needs to be there and should not be affected, they become useless at the expensive of the other partner initiating the duet skill.
It even says in the skill description that it affects all players except the USERS. Plural.

Yes that is definitely faster! But are we getting this update? Because it was never mentioned in the rebalance notes for monks.

Supposedly full skill reset and partial stat reset, but I'd ask the users to wait for official patch notes with proper detail. Things may change or be adjusted till then.

Please check the monk skill "Throw Spirit Sphere" as I tested it and compared from current server damage VS sakray, in sakray it seems it only boosted the damage to like 30% which is not accurate per new update the skill formula which is suppose to be (600 + (200 x skill level))%Atk
Currently this skill deals 350%atk at level 5. So if the new formula will be 1600% ATK at skill level 5. Then the current damage should be increased by at least 4 times which is not the case.
Please review.

From the past events, partial reset would be allowing the user to reset only X amount of stats or/and being time gated.

The @ commands are illegal server content, not suitable for this server.
There used to be generic equipment and card vendor NPCs, they aren't up and I am not sure when and if they will be.

So don't tell me they will nerf it? The damage formula of Throw Spirit Sphere clearly shows 1400% same as Brandish Spear.
Hope it will be delivered as intended because its supposed to be balance. If it is going to be nerfed then rebalance is a fail.
