For a magic doram the extra damage from this hat would not be worth losing the hybrid support skills in most situations. Many people only use the magic build for leveling, and in that context tuna belly/party is better because the skills past power of land are not as useful in comparison. Unfortunately this hat really doesn't do anything to make a pure magic build more relevant when compared to a leveling magic hybrid or endgame physical build. Just my 2 cents.

Resets the cooldown of Lunatic Carrot Beat when using Spirit of Savage, if Power of Life is known. -> this one abit finicky
Can we just reduce cooldown for Spirit of Savage to 2s to reflect what the community just voted. (spirit of savage hat > LCB hat voted so far)
Interchanging between LCB and SOS is better to all physical cat.

That's a pretty interesting hat. Even though I'm partial to cn meteor, with those effects stem spear would really become the main focus of the magic build similar to how picky peck is now for the physical build. Well, it does make the whole magic branch more useful at least.

Forgot to add a line of dialogue there, yes it will have it's CD reduced in order for that effect to work out. The idea is use SoS to release LCB from CD for spam.

Yeah, it's why it has the most effects, hybrid magic doram is just too strong otherwise; this gives you a reason to go for the full tree for a change

i've only clearly looked at GX hat right now btw. Not sure if its too late but it seems more like the hat will be used as a generic buffer hat rather than any type of build enabler. I can see myself just equip hat, use falcon eye lvl10, hit barrel for free massive % atk and hallu walk for +350 flee (while also having reduced hallu walk cd) and then just swap back to whatever else hg i want. I'd still be spamming MA or whatever OP skill GX is supposed to be doing.

Buffs are lost on unequipping. That's the easiest thing to do.
While you can use MA with this hat to use of these buffs, the skill percentage is already very high that they don't do much, it's only a 13% increase at 150 str. Better off using a hat that simply increases atk. (dual swords locks out katar skills, CI has a better hat, counter slash has a better hat.)

What is the result of this project? Is campitor approving it?
Waiting for a reply from Camp, but the process is it goes through a few people and takes at least 6 weeks to get it, at most 24 weeks. Ideas are there, but all subject to Sakray testing.

It's down to the people who made that hat for all but 1 case.

I really like the Rebel hat, but shouldn't the damage increase FireDance the improved Deserado? Makes more sense to me. I'm just happy there is a themed hat for Gunslinger it gets forgetten a lot. Now we need a few specialized armors specificly for the Gunslinger builds and we will be golden.
