Do you have any info on what these alternative methods are? Would probably help to know the options before sending in tickets. That way people can decide on which one works for them and gear their opening ticket towards that instead of waiting a few days to find out.

From what I know and from discussions about the faxing issues brought up, they're less likely to ask players to fax in their information now- that will be the last option if nothing else works. Instead, players might be asked specific information about their accounts that they need to answer correctly. They can also verify information by looking at consistent log-in information or payment transactions, etc.
Basically, from now on, faxing shouldn't be the first option you're offered.
