I may not really quit the game. I simply don't log in and just only open keys to support server until kRO just change there staffs and there mind-set, then I will log in again. So yeah kind of quit? Idk lol

Yeah, the +15 rate is steep. When I tried calculating the expected cost during the last Mad Bunny Refine event, I got the following for armor and Lv 4 weapons:

Average number of tries from +11 to reach:

• +13: 31.25
• +14: 195.3125
• +15: 1302.0833

Average number of ores from +11 to reach:

• +13: 37.5 HD + 25 normal (from failing the attempt from +11 to +12)
• +14: 250.625 + 156.25
• +15: 1610.833 + 1041.667

Expressed another way, the average number of 100-HD ore boxes needed to reach:

• +13: 0.375 boxes (450 KP)
• +14: 2.5 boxes (3,000 KP)
• +15: 16.1 boxes (19,320 KP)

Everyone has different cost-benefit valuations, but I prefer to get 6-7 +14s for the same cost as a single +15.

Hey Folks,

I bring some good news. I met with the studio for 3 hours last night. With this week's maintenance the following changes will take place to the Kachua box.

Prize Medals will be increased by 399 to 400
Blacksmith Blessings will be increased by 1 to 2
HE Battle Manuals will be increased by 1 to 2

The difference in what was received from opening keys and the increases will be placed in Code the Redeemer for users grab at their leisure. During the maintenance period.

We also discussed heavily the Shadow Gears, new consumables, and balance change plans for future Kachua Boxes and will be making some requests/adjustments for future Kachua sales.

3 damn hours for a result that not even close to productive at all. It could have been done in 2 mins lol. Apparently you wasted 3 hours of your time for nothing.

Would be nice to see +12 for guardian soul instead of +15 thou. Since +15 is almost impossible now unless it’s mad bunny.

Can you let us know if they mentioned anything about allowing us to enchant the Guardian Soul or Feather Shield? Also, changing the upgrade from +15 to +12 or +13 will make you guys look less like a casino. I might end up dropping some more stimulus bucks on WPE if they let us enchant these gears.

This is the exact reason I never hit max cap on iRO. Nothing worth at end-game yet I still want to support the server since I've been playing here on and off since Loki times. I just pop in here and read threads hoping things have changed and get depressed and don't check in for a few months.

 

I really want to enjoy the game but with the lack of players and the lack of the way the Devs seem to care about the state of iRO (Not you Camp; mainly the kRO "Studio" Devs) really is a shocker. When you can see other un-official servers doing better without kRO support at all its depressing when all I want to do is support the official server(s).

 

I love Ragnarok. It holds a special place in my heart due to playing it all through Middle and High School. It's a great game to escape to when im not busy with my Guild in WoW or playing other games with friends.

 

I appreciate everything Camp and the WP team does. I bet its hard and frustrating to be stuck in this loop with the "Studio" and you're practically stuck between a rock and a hard place with the community because we want to be able to enjoy the game. Do your best, some of us are still lurking.

Decided to check on the game after all this time, since a former guild mate posted the news about the MVP card instance, it's sad to see after all this time this is what it has been reduced to.
