Aaron usually talks so much nonsense but this time he's right. Chaos' still up doesn't mean it's alive. It's full of AFK bots, venders, and more bots. Very low human interaction and msot people can't let Chaos go because they feel so attached on what they've been investing in game, weak minded people. Most Chaos folks are here to cry or complain for new updates but no money, no update. Gravity is busy with whale servers anyway.

Opening a new server is worth a shot because tbh, Chaos doesn't have anything worth spending lol

Just make a server based in subscrition, without vip buffs and warper npc it would be fun to experience ragnarok without those meme npc just like the old and classic style, for kafrashop just sell costumes, cloth dye and other cosmetics, Gatcha items just add quest for people to get it ( if it's renewal) i would pay for a server like that and i'm pretty sure tons of old ragnarok players  are tired of the p2w memes.

Chaos is dead also. Everyone who plays 3rd class want a new server also. Just because you can’t part ways with your 100k in RMTed gears doesn’t mean the other 20k people who used to play chaos don’t want a new server.

Yes. If they do an honest-to-goodness new server that has a monthly fee to play and actually STOP all botting, I'd pay in a heartbeat. I haven't played in over a year, but I'd be back for this.

No one wants to play another server like Restart or Transcendence.

People want to play Classic RO, similar to what they played on iRO Chaos, Loki, and Iris. 

 

You're foolish for thinking a classic server wouldn't be profitable and self sustaining, it's unrelated to the Renewal server. It does not cost that much to run a server that requires no content creation. 

 

Every single official RO server is now pay to win. Having a classic server with no pay to win would draw players from all around the world.

Don't compare ThaiRO to a peasant poor server like iRO. That Sarah's ear costume lasted only one month I think and players had to spend money at certain point to get it.

A classic server is not going to unban the EU players. Well at least I doubt it would, if it did it would just pull in even more money for them.
