To clarify, no characters at all were moved but you can request a booster character to be added to your accounts for the other servers by writing a ticket.
As for any Cash Shop items you recall having you can also try to contact the GM team by writing a ticket at the support page to get them to look into moving those items to a character on a Renewal server. Not sure they put any sort of time limitation on their help for moving things, but without being able to login anymore it would be difficult for you since they require that us players provide a list of items to be moved.

Hello, i think that it's time to close Thor too, the server is broke, any item costs 1 billion zenys or more so it's impossible to bring new players to the journey, also the server is critically outdated and the comunity is pretty dead already, if possible release a brand new server on steam with a better staff if possible.
The only active in Thor are those involved in the black market selling stuffs for real money (most of them on facebook).

Revisiting this. The last reply I got dated April 25th:
"I got information regarding your character boost, you will be getting a how-to message in-game from the RO game developers when they finalize the process. Again, this will happen in-game RO1."
This has been 3 weeks ago. So is this on the back burner now? I am cool with no btw. If no just tell me. I know you busy testing other stuff and what not. Thanks in advance.

the support staff says there are processing our compensation and we will be updated on the website, i didn't bother asking them again because cm said it will take sooner than later, but if you ask me this will take many months , if i were you i will play other games while waiting or continue play iRO...Revisiting this.
