WoE 2 is too small to even matter at this point, so I dont know if they even care esp Sura has has been running around with 100% Demi. WoE TE is still decent, but I dont know if it matters enough to get WP to look into it hahaha. I notice that the highest log in population is during WoE TE. Last time it was 2.3k online.

WoE TE however is different, I don't play in it but I do understand that there is no way to counter demi immune so I agree in disabling this item in WoE TE ONLY.

So you Love to abuse this stupid things in WoE?.

Its so stupid to argue about 100% immune damage in PvP setting. Its not like you can't use tgk or Sarah to tank your stupid trap and how many hole you can use in WoE to stop unstoppable force?

 

You just don't understand difference between Immune Range vs Pneuma when Pneuma can counter easily, same as you can manhole someone and call its balance.

Maybe your WoE just some 1-2 guys snapping around and you can manhole trap its all.

Even with out barrier or Pneuma if you are 100% ranged immune via equipment, any range class cannot touch you, given that they don't have aura blade buff from Crystal Blade Necklace.

    - I stated this because of the comparison in WoE TE, they don't have manhole, white imp or even Diamond Dust to atleast stop someone with 100% demi immune. 

I don't want to be the cause for this thread being locked so I'm gonna stop here. @aTID2, I'm pretty sure you're a smart person so you can probably figure this out.

cap at 55% would make everything 1 shot though, they would need to balance out all the damage output as well.
chaser with full reduct would be whack

Blessed be the light. Its good to see your response.

I try to keep my focus on WoE TE at the moment as there is absolutely no way to counter 100% Demi-human/player resist in WoE TE. Note: currently 99% Play resist is the highest amount a player can legitimately achieve. The only skill that bypasses the reduction is Falcon Assault from Sniper. It however does absolutely low fixed damage and it can be easily outpotted or blocked by Pneuma.

Also as a reminder, please ban any accounts that abuse the Valfreyja Instructor NPC to legitimately dupe Bloody branches (Cash item), Golem stones, and Frost Giant Blood. You and GMs should be able to track transactions through accounts, and who use them easily.

Fixing the NPC now might not help to solve issues in WoE TE (but it will save your wallets, WP, as there will be one less way to make free bloody branches) as abusers could already have tons of them in their storags. We also know about an illegal dupe method. Thus it is justly fair to disable these items in WoE TE although. This is a very reasonable and fair assessment.

You guys should really just disable Orc Successor Helm. If a cap is really necessary on top of that then it should be 99%. Anything less than 95% will turn the game into a one shot fest with how much damage creep has progressed in recent months.

Also Golem stones and Frost Giant Bloods should be disabled entirely at this point too because it is unknown how long this bug has existed and how much it has been abused to stockpile them.

Few more considerations
1. If you are working on a max reduction limit then please reduce the damage as well.
2. I dont want to get 1 shot by 3rd class skills in woe TE. If possible disable all 3rd class skills and some more mvp cards.

Golem Stone and Frost Giant Blood Should be deleted and if "X" user is affected send a ticket (I'm sure GMs will surely help you if you got them legit)

Y'all removed:
 
  • Glorious equipment and weapons
  • WoE equipment
  • Bellum weapons
  • WoE and WoE2 God Items 
     

But kept almost every single mvp card (?)

Having 100% player resistance is a nice way to kill woe TE. (So far the only way to counter this is Falcon Assault or Break Emp )

As Chakri Mentioned

1. Cap max 95-99% (or even lower kek)
2. Disable Golem stone and Frost giant blood
3. Punish abusers who intentionally abuse NPC's Cooldown. (Perma Ban Account or even better IP Ban)
4. Disable 3rd Job Skills (Already tired of Psychic Wave and Fatal Menace
)
5. Rework MvP Cards Allowed.

Which my LK that had 100k HP could tank 5 FAs ie 5 Snipers) lol

It aint even a counter at this point.

Thanks GM for the attention on the issue! Hope that GM give us max cap 95% so that no one can solo tank everything vs all 20 guild members lol. Woe is all about team work and guild pushes, not solo and make youtube out of it for fame xD

 

This is the single best woe video i seen in years as it create interest to newbie (potential customer) to try even they dont have good gear. Compare to another video that solo kill everyone, it create stigma that ppl should avoid WOE as it is out of balance and put off many ppl...

What a terrible suggestion!

A RK/DK with Sarah can easily charge attack into your crowd and wipe 80% of your guildies with Ignition Break and then keep making youtube out of it for fame! At least do some math before giving this random number! 

 

If GM really wants to revive WoE, it will be a lot of efforts like capping player resistance, rebalancing 3rd/4th class skills, limiting consumable items ... Solely setting a dumb cap even perish more for your WoE experience. 

 

But as a temporary solution, at least ban the Orc Successor helmet in WoE TE, ASAP! If it takes months like how you guys fixed emerald ring, people will never come back to WoE TE, let alone buying cash items for that purposes.

Dear GMs and CMs of this game, it seems that the rumor is true that you don't even seem to play or know how the game you claim to manage is going.
Personally, for me, the Valf bug is a surprise. Well, I always knew that people who boast about being "pro" know about bugs and other things that they potentially use to their advantage until they use it against them and magically report it. What can be done?
Now I'll make your job easier:
Don't work on the resistance limit without working on the damage limit and regarding the new helmet I give you some options:
1.- Deactivate the helmet in WoE or remove the HUMAN PLAYER in the effects (but you'll expose yourself to certain people wanting to sue you for fraud so it's a bad idea, but probable)
2.- Create a Malus set with the "Living Death" card that looks like this:
If the "Orc Successor Helm" helmet is equipped with the "Living Death Card" it subtracts 15% of resistance to Human Player and increases it by 1% for refine. That way if there is someone who refines to +16 the helmet would only gain 1% of resistance. And also make sure that the Living Death card
doesn't work at the same time with a slotted middle headgear.
3.- Consider removing MVP's in WoE TE and let's not be hypocritical, activate the Maya Purple Card, you'll know what I mean, personally I'm tired of reporting and being told "we're investigating but we can't give information about what we do"
4.- Activate "Bellum Flail" in WoE TE.
 
I hope you take into account some of what I posted as I think it may be useful for the game.

I say, GM need to track all accounts in game that have "Golem Stone", "Frost Giant Blood", and "Bloody Branch" that came from WoE Support Box. Then ban all accounts that use these "duped items" in WoE TE. It is a common sense that if I was a culprit who abused the bug or used duped items to gain advantages in WoE TE (because I suck asses LOL), I would try to transfer/empty my accounts to other accounts to save what is left. If I was a GM, I would track down all trades and ban all involving accounts. Again, this is literally duping bloody branches, a cash item. Not only it hurts WoE TE, it also directly hurts the game iRO itself. I know that lots of people aint coming to WoE TE until this issue is solved.

 

Btw, putting a resist cap will not solve anything. Say, the new cap is 95%. A player can still use golem stone to gain 50% player resist, which allows them to use other offensive gears instead. Disable Golem Stone and Frost Giant Blood is the only way. Should also make sure to ban any accounts that associated with these two duped items, including other accounts that help to transfer items. Duping items is a serious issue. People do swipe and spend money to get cash items in game. I hate duping lol

 

We've been getting new players in iRO. Better set up good example that duping is not tolerated, esp when proof is clearly presented.

Dear GMs and CMs of this game. I am the greastest player of WoE TE. I noticed GM to fixed item for balance of WoE TE. If you want to fix or nerf "Orc Successor Helm". So you should fix all items is following below.
1. Disable "Awakend Freedom Stick" which enable skill "Psychic Wave" in WoE TE.
2. Disable "Awakend Blessed Knight" which enable skill "Fatal Manace" in WoE TE.
3. Disable skill "Charge Attack"  in WoE TE. 
4. Disable "Golem stone and Frost giant blood" and must ban player who used to use Golem stone and Frost Giant Blood in WoE TE.

It a good risk! that player try to charge into a group from advancing by try to wipe us first or or we wipe him. Its 50/50 chances. Unlike last time, mostly its one sided which the sarah + 100 resist always win. With this update, you can forget sarah card, its useless against group (devo, web, lex, status yada) xD.

 

You cant change that now, they are already WORKING on it and there nothing we could do xD. They only follow other official server 80 or 95%(preferable) which we as a player can only

Well gotta say after today's woe keeping the orc headgear is not a bad idea woe was more balanced for every guild, there are multiple ways to stop a LK and Sniper with 100% player resistence.

Now getting rid of Golem stone and Frost giant blood is a must, weird after this post made by chakri kinda funny one guild didn't showed up today and i really wonder why?
Anyway I see this a win win for both sides, woe is more balanced and WP is getting money out of this new ocp.
