if u buy item mall points u should login warpportal account not in game account lol
after u got the item mall points it will also show ur in game account
so if ur in game account got hack so ur item mall points also will gone

It has been a long time since I bought from the item mall. I can not remember how to retrieve the item for use. I am sorry and I know I sound like a noob but please help. I purchased an item and want to use it. I can see it in the in game screen where it says purchases but how do I retrieve it for my character to use.

Drag it to your inventory window

Thank you. I had to restart for some reason it would not drag over at first. Once I restarted then it finally transfered to my character thanks.
