But anyway... if you're giving them Gunblades, then Shield Pistols should be in the game as well:

Western style...definitive yes!!
I'll cry if there are no jackalopes.
A sasquatch MVP is also needed.
All of these need to be in the update (from a mythical creature wiki):
The Fearsome Critters were a group of bizarre and absurd animals thought up by lumberjack societies in America in the 19th-century. They served as explanations for weird noises or happenings and everyday annoyances.
Such would include, but not be limited to:-
Axehandle Hound - A dog with a head shaped like an axe head. It was said to eat axe handles that were left unattended.
Cactus Cat - A feline with hairlike thorns that consumed the juice of the cactus, allowing it to become intoxicated and make weird noises at night.
Jackalope - A hare with the antlers of a deer. It was said to mimic voices at night.
Sidehill Gouger - A creature with a similar concept to the Wild Haggis and the Dahu. Either its left legs or its right legs are longer than the other pair allowing it to run around the side of hills with ease, but not go up or down them.
Squonk - A creature covering in warts, blemishes and the like. It believes itself to be so unbearably ugly that it will not allow itself to be seen. If one is captured it will cry itself into tears and wash away.

I'd really like to see a town with a lot of the fun historical landmarks we have that helped mark our independence, like the White House, Statue of Liberty, the Liberty Bell. The Alamo would also be good to see, since it's important to how we gained Texas.
I could picture it more like an amusement park town, with different sectors, like a Western Sector, with all of the cowboy stuff, an Eastern sector with skyscrapers, colonial monuments, and government buildings, a Southern sector, with some swamp/forest looking areas and houses with big front porches with rocking chairs and fans, and a Northern sector, with a few large buildings, farms, and log houses. Or something like that. Our country's so diverse in areas, even between states, so we should reflect that in our town map. :> We could even have NPC with different regional accents!
And we have such a colorful past for being a relatively young country. We were once isolated from the European countries, after we gained our independence and only invested our affairs in the Western Hemisphere. Then we slowly ended up getting into the affairs of those countries and became the power house we are today.
But I do find our greatest era to be around the time of Theodore Roosevelt, when we were no country to be messed with, yet still out of the affairs of the European countries, for the most part.

since to start we have diferent time zones, diferent terrains... O_o and I don't think they wanna do that much work, but I'm pretty sure fans will even make maps just to do places, and each place can be work it... also the good news thanks to Ford and Harley-Davidson we have a big excuse to have a motorcicle B)for gunslingers

I like this suggestion. The whole cowboy thing was really only out west, it never really applied to the east, so it doesn't seem as American to me as something that defines the whole country. I find the Statue of Liberty and the White House to be really American things.

The whole cowboy thing began in the east, in florida.

US history doesn't go very far back compared to an Asian or European nation. Our country had guns from day 1, and guns and machinery in RO are mostly a steampunk and/or technomancy sort of thing. Why not play to that? Imagine what someone like Ben Franklin - or even better, Nikola Tesla, would do in a world with steampunk tech and RPG magic? The Gunslinger 2nd job would easily fit into that, as would all sorts of gear and interesting quests.
The Native Americans can also definitely play a major role, particularly on the magical side of things. (Remember, this is an alternate world where they have RPG magic - they wouldn't have been pushed out.)
The monsters are harder, since most of our folklore is inherited from other cultures and not really uniquely American. There's 3 I can think of though:
-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chupacabra
There's of course also plenty of "guys with guns" options, as well as plenty of regular wildlife - grizzlies, mountain lions, etc.
For the sillier ones, I'm thinking prairie dogs with land mines... with this for an idle pose (or maybe even a cast animation) of course:
Beavers making dams with turrets on them could also work. It wouldn't even be hard to code, just slap a FAW on there.
The Alamo would actually make a great instance. You're in the fort, it's being attacked by a mixture of soldiers and monsters, survive for X minutes without the inner section of the fort being breached to win. There could even be multiple side objectives - kill an enemy general to slow the spawns and get a bonus reward, make contact with a local tribe to get a Thunderbird strike called in (http://en.wikipedia....ird_(mythology)) etc.
The Old West town people keep mentioning could work as a town, a normal dungeon, or an instance depending on how it's designed.
I think the town is actually the hardest part of this, because I really can't think of anything that would represent our whole melting pot culture with a single town. Then again, that too could be played to - go out of the way to make the town NOT be uniform in design.
On a side note, there's an MMO called Atlantica that takes place in basically a fantasy version of Earth. When they added North America, they made Detroit a dungeon instead of a town. It's one of those things everyone O.o's at, thinks about for a second, then says "yeah, actually... that's pretty damn accurate." I don't suggest going for this though, as the joke's already been made. (Note: Don't bother looking that game up. It *was* good, and then they massively cash whored it to the point of making it unplayable if you aren't willing to drop hundreds on it.)

True, but Florida isn't like the rest of the east, historically, so I don't really count it.The whole cowboy thing began in the east, in florida.

But then, just as likely (or more likely considering how terrible the other ones are) to end up disappointed with some umbala-like native american island instead. Anything too modern would look so out of place that you have a snowballs chance in hell of any skyscrapers.

I say we make it like the country its self. Each section of it is different. So NE would be more Tristate Area looking (big buildings and what not), SE would be more beachish/disneyworldish (maybe an amusment park next to a beach), Central would be western stuff (all the cowboy stuff everyone has stated), West would be more California/Vagas stuff (casinos, beaches, "movies"/actors (like the one person from crow of destiny quest))
This would be neat, but maybe split the West to north and south since they are very different as well.
