When the patch goes live, GenPatch will download the new official client so that you'll be able to make use of it if you want to.


When will it actually go live? ;o

The GenPatch update has unfortunately been delayed until the weekend as I am currently tied up with resolving the issues that appeared during the previous patch.
Version 15 is out!

1st of all, LOVE the work you've done.

2nd: Wasn't there a command to automatically enter a certain server? I remember seeing something like it in the past, but for some reason I can't see it anymore.

I have buttons set up so it logs my accounts in automatically, it would be nice to be able to automatically enter your preferred server also.
--username --password

--server {ip}

is there a chance to add "--channel Leonis/Draconis" also?

--I wanted to use that new UI so I enabled GenFS and let it update (along with Partuda) but now I can't seem to get to the log-in screen. The Rose window is just stuck there without using CPU.

I have tried running with only GenFS enabled, still the same. I can play without GenFS though. Oh, and i'm on windowed mode with custom resolution.

You could try running the game with Administrative privileges, or add TRose.exe to the DEP exception list.

And Genpatch is updating! Wooot!

Now it looks just like the new launcher, except for the icon. :o

Still the same. I added TRose.exe to the exceptions. And TskMngr says it's running as Admin. (I'm using XP)

yay, now that you have updated this, i now have the EXACT same issue as when i use the orignal rose launcher........

and theres no option to download an older Genpatch ....., so now i cant multi client because of this stupid bug :\, What did you change for it to make this error appear ?

The migration is already done, but it can take up to several days for the DNS changes to propogate to the rest of the world. Thanks for the warning.

check what IP is it trying to connect to. I'm having similar issues with it not connecting and failing badly D:

if your on windows 7 or vista, open up task manager, click on performance, click on resource monitor.

When it opens, go to network and put a tick in the genpatch or roseonline process, and then look at TCP connections, it will say what remote address it connects to

Can't find bloom adjustments OR RRE settings anymore, not that they worked in the first place.
Also, do the new names describing the graphics actually mean anything different than before or are they just there to make it easier?

My bad on the bloom option, that option didn't make it into this version but will likely be ready for the next one. RRE was removed from the default plugin list and settings tab as it is no longer maintained and has not been compatible with any recent versions of ROSE for some time.

For those having connection issues and receiving the "Checking For Launcher Updates..." message on GenPatch, it may take several hours for the DNS changes for my web server to update with your ISP. For those who want to play now, you should be able to use the official launcher without any issues.

hello people.

i have a problum whit rose.
the maintance of yesterday bugged.
when i start rose it stills says that all servers are still down for the maintance.
annyone can help me to get it normal i try'd re installing but dossent work :S.

and i checkt out www.mmoserverstatus.com but server are all up.

Server status doesnt seem to show for me, can you tell me how to fix it? (All i see are lines without that CPU checkmark thing)




i did reinstal and download a new rose online game and then why is it always says "invalid HTTP Response (patch.roseonlinegame.com.90) the server may not support HTTP transactions." please help me with my problem.....i didnt patch rose for almost 2weeks and this is what happen....please help me resolve my problem PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
