It is kind of late for the IM distributions - if you didn't get it make sure you check your mailbox with the character eligible for the prize for the coupon. If you don't have it, you should contact support. I got my 2.5k IM coupon a while back so I would that they would be finished with those by now.

I think an official should let us know when they are done giving out the IM so players who haven't received their IM know whether or not there is something wrong with their characters. Or maybe that was the plan and they haven't finished yet ... o.o who knows?!
