I got the same issue was able to log in after woe in valkyrie
got dc'ed
then I'm getting not enough play time
my vip stats will be expired march 17. long way too go.

It's for everyone "Next Friday we will do a VIP event for everyone for the weekend, so lost play time shouldn't be a concern on this."

Having a limited-duration event does nothing to allay concern about a chronic issue. That solution does nothing for someone who was planning on using down time this weekend to play but will not necessarily be around next weekend. Repeated, intermittent events to compensate for a chronic and omnipresent log in problem don't work because they will inevitably overlap. If you can't log in to play the game normally, you probably will not be able to log in to leverage an event.

The game's availability and reliability is really just spotty at best. Bolstering the "quality" or leveling effectiveness when it is available isn't truly doing anything, since it's a "quality" problem; you can't truly guarantee availability.

the problem is, it is Saturday, it is hard to get tech people to go to work... right?

unfortunately, it is Saturday, and alot of people can't play on weekdays

Was able to get in after putting in password, but when I go to "Select a Server" I get dc'ed. And also, the server population are all 0's.

If WP is not serious in customer satisfaction & customer retention, I don't see why I should still hang around.
Better to go places where I am being appreciated.

Right now the login server is being killed constantly, and doesn't appear to be normal traffic. We are working to discover a solution to it.

I don't have more information regarding the current problem other than we resolved one problem then have a new one start up within about 2 minutes. I don't want ot keep you in the dark completely but I don't know much other than we are workign on the new problem.

Tried to log in at about 8:30PM, and didn't work
Login worked at about 9:45PM, but it only worked on my brother's non-VIP account. My VIP account wouldn't work.
(VIP out of time error).
I wasn't able to get to character select before I received the error; it occurred in-between server select and character select. A "disconnected from server" error occurred before the VIP out of time error. This occurred after trying to log in to the Ygg server.

Dragon and I got disconnected around 7 pm PST the first time, we were in Comodo cave just killing Medusa's poof he was gone. I went to go to character select and then I was disconnected as well.
We are VIP we just paid today. And only dragon was receiving the out of time error.
We got back in around 8pm PST and went to turtle island were playing happily when about 15 minutes in he received the VIP message at the top, only everything was 0's. We waited about 10 minutes then went to go to other characters to see if it would be correct on another character and both got disconnected.
Cannot get back in and it says nothing for error. Not even rejected from server.
Edit 2 * dragon just got back in at around 9 Pm PST all seems well ... *
Edit * our non VIP at the moment kids accounts won't log in either now*

Thank you for your efforts, it sucks its evil to get in at the moment.. but I'm sure your not just sitting there giggling at our frustration.

** note to everyone else that's complaining. Make a different thread perhaps to and whine in. We are unhappy to.. no we can't afford to pay for our 6 accounts for VIP but we try to.. our whole family plays. Its nice to have something to do all together that isn't gory or sex induced. You feel Wow has better technical team kudos to them.. they also have a MUCH larger company soaking their players for money.. Hooray.. And every year they "appear" to make it more cost effective while adding 2 new ways for you to pay them /no1 yay crack technical team -.-. Where as gravity has made it possible to pay nothing yet enjoy the game. Choices choices.. Games aren't the only thing in life. I get very little time to actually play I'm grumpy I cant, but you know not adding good information is not going to help solve the issue and making them wade through useless upset for pages just makes it take more time. Our Gm's have played for years, they try and keep us informed. They are right there in game trying to make it fun trying to keep us happy.

Yes be upset.. Yes be grumpy.. But at least offer up some info to help fix it.. and some appreciation that they are there please. **

i wouldn't mind so much if servers were down, but to let woe continue when there is no way to actually defend a fort or participate?
