As nice as this sounds, they are trying to take gear out of circulation so things actually sell. Doing this will only keep good gear in circulation.

I am curious. For the Safe +10 cert, are there different one for weapon/armor/headgear or do the certs work for any equipment. Thank for the reply. (I prolly just missed it for not reading)

Honestly I'd say the safe to 7 certs are to blame, not the 10s. No one tries to upgrade to 10 with a chance to break. It's safe either way, and you'll get there if you put enough resources into it. The certs just relieve some stress and save resources. Really not the end of the world.

+ 10 certs is a horrible idea. Now I am not usually the one to complain about this kindof stuff and i understand this could benefit me. But in all honesty this is disgusting. I know alot of people are pissed about this because you might as well put +10 equips on kafra shop with a pretty little bow on it. People work for +10's but thats the point work!!!!!!! I have one +9 gear and proud of it because i worked for it. Sigh 4 years of playing RO just to see it slowly die like this .

If you call emptying your wallet work, then by all means, just buy some march packs and call it a job well done. People can never learn to take the bad with the good. If i were a GM, I'd say, 4x event if we could go a week of the patch notes with out 1 QQ about a post. I would never have to honor it cause there is always 1 who just has something to say. It doesn't have to be important, they just want to disagree to start something and make others not like it too.

Hmm, so let me get this straight...since I bought 10 groove packs, that could have qualified for 2 Safe to +10 certs, since you get one per crate (every 5 boxes)? And I can go ahead and submit a ticket stating how many boxes I bought / ask for the certs I could have gotten if I had waited till now?

If so, I'll go ahead and submit a ticket, since I'd like to get these goodies.

EDIT: Oh, I see ValheruWolf found the post Heim made about buying boxes / making a ticket. Cool beans; I'll go submit a ticket then, since I would qualify for some certs from my previous purchases.

I think I will wait a few weeks for when them +10 certs to come in each individual pack.

If you want you can contact the GM team with how many you purchased and when and they can give you the requisite +10 Safe certs. This is a 2nd promotion, it is a seperate thing than the Groove Pack, but as part of our customer service we will address individual requests of this nature.

Ok might be slightly redundant now, but reading over this... is there any department you want me to submit the ticket to for the +10 certs? (now just need to go buy 2 more boxes before I send in a ticket as I've brought 18 so far, heh.)

Also about the chocolate gift baskets I opened one up and the chocolate should all be in my storage (I really hope I didn't test 1) Can I mention that in the same ticket to get that 1 last basket packed back up? (though it might have been easier to take the full components of the basket and outline it as a quest, bring all of the chocolates in the basket for the tokens or bring the chocolates to get a basket, and a basket for the tokens, save you from having to check the chocolate counts and repack that up as tickets.

If i'm right it's about a 10% chance... so yeah... 10 +10 certs will get you a +10 equip on average... when you look at it that way... this isn't such a lifesaver is it? heh. But better then 9 of those 10 tries your equip going from +9 to +8... and then having to deal with that % to get back to +9 again. Basically this just saves on a lot of HD oris/elus
